Hotel Parc Plaza  

This hotel is perfect! The room was very clean and quiet. It was big enough for both of us. It even had a little refrigerator, although it was said you only get a refrigerator when you take a superior room. The walk in shower is no problem according to us: You don’t see the bathroom when you are just in the room itself. We stayed at Park Plaza for a whole week. The centre of Luxembourg is nearby the hotel and we didn’t mind the walk to the breakfast, it’s about 75 meter and you get a little fresh air before you go to eat, and if you can’t wait, they serve coffee and croissants with buns at the lobby. The price for breakfast is worth it! You get cooked eggs, bacon, even fresh salmon, pancakes, juices (apple, multivitamin, fruit salads, all kinds of bread, yoghurt etc. Lounge bar “Le bateau ivre” is recommended! It’s cosy, quiet and a nice place to sit and relax. Service is really good and you’ll get the best bartender you’ve ever seen! The staff does speak other languages than France, so communication was very easy. You get free Wi-Fi in your room, you just need a code to access, but when you ask for it, they’ll tell you how to access internet (free of charge).

There are no lockers in the room, but they have lockers at the reception. Some cleaners only speak France, one even spoke Italian and moved our stuff around and even threw away water bottles who weren’t in the bin! The coffee at the breakfast wasn’t that good, although you can ask every coffee you’d like, I’d prefer the coffee from the coffee machine in the lobby. Tip: take coffee there and drink it on your way to the breakfast. People mix up hotel Parc Plaza and Bellevue. There both on the same therein. The reception and lobby is in Parc Plaza.

5 min. walking to the city center. Free parking. Free internet. Good decoration. Room space is acceptable.

Close to one of the main streets. Breakfast room is located not in the main hotel building. No door to the shower.

Location. The hotel is situated in very green and beautiful place and very close to the main sightseeings in the old town and buses go to the Train station and to the Airport.

It will be better if the hotel will give the opportunity to the guests to have cafe and tea in lobby not only in the morning, but in the evening too.

Very good location, few minutes form the City Center. Free Wifi in rooms is available (ask the reception for the wireless device to plug in your room). Nearby restaurant (belonging to the same chain) offers excellent food.

Breakfast price is unbelievably high (> 20 EUR) and I did not try if it is good value for money.

Well positioned near to the old town and to the office premises of the client that I was visiting.

I am a light sleeper and my room was located next to the lift and I could hear the lift moving up and down all through the night. There were also intemittently strange noises in the corridor that kept me awake.

Very close to the Wenzel Walk and other sites in Luxembourg. Central enough to walk to everything, remote enough to be relaxing and a weekend getaway.

The very pricey breakfast buffet (20 Euros) is optional. A quick 8-10 min walk to a cafe in the city is a better option :) Parking in the garage is 17 Euros. We were able to find a spot outside and did not have to pay this fee.

Close to city centre and relatively easy to get to. Didn't sample restaurant. Modern hotel, clean and comfortable. Free coffee and juice available in reception.

Being asked to pay the equivalent of the main course of an evening meal each for breakfast was extortionate

The hotel has a perfect quiet localization despite it's only 5 minutes walk from the city center. Rooms are equipped with huge shower cabins; they become really cosy after dark when lights are switched on. Breakfast buffet is diversified.

Huge room windows were not clean – they contained a display written in the dirt with a finger by a one of the previous guests.

Location is good

Nice, comfortable room. Gorgeous breakfast; much better than what one would expect in this category of hotels.

Room could have been a bit larger

Convenient for City; very clean and efficient hotel; well run; good restaurant and bar/brasserie with excellent staff, decent wine selection and pleasant food.
