The Hotel was very centrally located. The fact the restaurant/bar is located in another building outside the hotel, the lack of room service and mini-bar make the hotel unsuitable for business travellers. |

We found the hotel reception staff rude and very slow,. We queued for 20 minutes to book but there were only a few people before us. When we checked out, they tried to charge us again, even though we had paid to you in advance. We were not keen on the long walk to the dining room for breakfast. There were no coffee making facilities in the room. There was only one bedside table and no drawers to put things like underwear in. We also didn't like that there was no door on the bathroom. We felt that although this was supposed to be a double room, it was geared towards single occupancy. Whilst this was supposed to be a business hotel, the description suggested it should be suitable for our weekend away, but we found it was not. |

Located near the city center. Breakfast was located in another building which could only be accessed via outdoors. If booked directly (not with any discount) and paying €150 (or more) for a double room is a lot of money for the room you get. The creditcard was charged very early, before staying in the hotel. |

The room was clean and simply furnished. The separate toilet did not have any hand washing facilities, meaning that doors and handles etc. are touched before you are able to wash your hands in the bathroom. I have never come across this before and wondered what the thinking was behind it. Also it is a direct flight path - noisy until after midnight. |

the room was clean, and the view from the restaurant was nice. also the staff were friendly and all spoke excellent english. the underground parking was closed for some reason and it made parking difficult. due to a refurbishment, the internet in our room was not available, which we found a bit frustrating... just some bad luck on our part. but we had booked the hotel, for both of these reasons! |

Good ratio quality/price, good place (relatively silent, green vegetation, not far from city center), free Internet When do next renovation: install the door in the shower - not fully OK when 2 persons are in the room, 2nd table near the bed (now - only 1 person have it). Now: less noice in the yard in the morning (when cleaning from rubbish, etc.) |

Good service in the restaurant in the evening. The breakfast staff just stood there but did not understand one word of english. The biggest criticism is the dour French attitude and complete lack of orientation and willingness to address their foreign guests in English is quite irritating and does not inspire me ti use my best efforts at French. Parking was billed at 17 euros retrospectively. There was no notification about that by the staff. Tha parking was poor, very cramped and difficult to get out of. The reception staff were quite dour in their mood and did not smile at all. |

I liked the natural light and being able to open the window in the room. The location of the hotel is excellent with easy walking access to city centre and a park across the street. Having a morning breakfast that was included in the price of the hotel room was a nice addition to my stay. When it rained the hotel provided an umbrella at my request. The rooms are small and there is no air-conditioning. The computer printers were not working on either floor where they are available. Parking is too expensive and very limited. The room lacks closet space and there are not enough hangers in the room for longer stays where more clothes are needed. I missed having a place to put things. |

The Frontoffice staff was just so unfriendly, especially a lady by our check out on 14th June 2009. Everything was a problem and to get at least a standard smile would mean a miracle. None of the staff has ever said "hello" or "goodbye". |

The breakfast and the dinners at the restaurant Le Bec Fin were excellent. Good location to city centre. There was no cupboard or drawer space. Low water pressure from the shower. No air conditioning (so very warm at night). No movies on demand. No tea / coffee facilities in room. Standard room quite small. No anti-slip mats in the shower so slipped a couple of times getting in / out of shower. No bath. No safe. Only one bedside table, which is not ideal if there are two people. |

The hotel bar/restaurant had lovely views of Luxembourg City and it was just a short walk to the city itself. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room would be nice. |

The staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was excellent during the working week. The tea, coffee and cold drinks displayed during the working week were excellent. We stayed at a bank holiday, perhaps that was why a lot of the breakfast choices were not available, or had finished, when we got there (over an hour before breakfast closed). I chose this hotel because of the gratis tea/coffee facilities. I was not aware they were not available at weekends. That was when my husband was working and I was spending time alone in the hotel, thirstily... |

I came from London with my car for 1 weekend. Don't park at the hotel, is expensive! There is one car park (GLACIS) just 10-15 minutes walk. Is free of charge on saturday and sunday. Everything is ok for a 4* hotel. Don't miss the buffet breakfast. If you get it late can enjoy champagne and wine. |
