Hotel Parc Plaza  

La ubicacion, el entorno, la habitacion muy comoda, relacion calidad precio excelente.el personal del hotel muy amables en general pero no sabian español.

Todo muy bien pero ahora tengo un problema en cuanto a la devolución de un deposito que tuve que dejar para el alquiler de un coche. Porque me lo tenían que haber devuelto el dia 1 de agosto y todavia no la han hecho. Cuando quisimos alquilar el dia 31 de julio un coche para ver los alrededores de Luxemburgo nos pidieron un deposito de 500 euros con la visa, e inmediatamente me hicieron el cargo en mi tarjeta Visa porque me llego mensaje de mi Banco. Se suponia que al devolver el coche al dia siguiente 1 de agosto el deposito de 500 euros se me devolvia automaticamente, asi me dijeron en el hotel que sucedería. Descontaban el precio del alquiler del coche 70 euros por lo que se me debia de hacer un abono de 430 euros. Ayer fui a mi Banco para comprobar que verdaderamente se habia hecho el abono a mi tarjeta VISA y no hay NADA.Hoy he vuelto a llamar y tampoco está hecho. Envié un email al hotel para que procedierán a hacer el abono lo antes posible. Les telefonee también, pero claro esta llamada lleva unos gastos importantes es LUXEMBURGO.Parecia que no sabian muy bien de lo que les estaba hablando. Y hoy dia 3 de agosto no me han contestado con nada ni por email ni por telefono. Les agradecería se pusieran en contacto con RECEPCION o con la DIRECCION del hotel para decirles que me hagan el abono de los 430 euros lo antes posible y que me comuniquen cuando lo hagan mediante correo electronico que ya esta realizado. Muchas gracias y espero me resuelvan esta pequeña incidencia. Hagan las gestiones pertinentes para subsanar el error que ha habido. Porque si no me hacen a la mayor brevedad posible el abono del dinero que me deben tendré que tomar otras medidas. También el hotel puede hacerme una transferencia a la cuenta mia bancaria que les podría facilitar los datos, en caso que hubiera problema con el abono en mi tarjeta VISA.

Nice breakfast

The breakfast room is outside the main building and when it is winter in Luxembourg it is not very convinient...

Nice big rooms, quiet hotel and location. Good value for the cost.

Welcoming and efficient reception staff, modern hotel deco, sturdy bed (but soft pillows). Free wifi using personal umts/tango in-room routers (worked great). Good view from spacious hotel room windows/balcony doors, sufficient wall sockets for laptop & telephone charger. Easy parking infront of the hotel's reception is very convenient. Location is great, very central yet still very quiet in the rooms (far enough from the main street). Will definitely come back here when on business in Luxembourg again.

although advertised there's no safe deposit box in the rooms of Parc Plaza & Bellevue hotel (where I stayed last week)!! Please correct the website on booking.com. There's no minibar or refridgerator in most rooms of Parc Plaza hotel (parc Bellevue room had refrigerator) and no coffee/tea making facilities or complimentary water bottle/snacks.

Although the hotel complex is rather odd the standard of facilities was of a high standard. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the City centre and is an excellent location for seeing the shopping area and other local sites.

Two issues to raise. a. Having to walk and get wet on two occasions to have breakfast (breakfast very good by the way) b. Having to pay for parking at the hotel. This is totally unnecessary.

Location

Location to Old Town area was quite good. Breakfast was good and included in the rate. Parking (for a reasonable fee) was convenient.

No air conditioning in the rooms. Our room was on a basement level with the window/door opening on street level so we couldn't keep it open. This caused room to be stuffy and damp.

Good location for walking into city without having to drive too far in to get to hotel.

Room was far too hot, even with 3 windows open all night. Poor sleep.

Nice breakfast and nice lounge

Charge of hotel car park (17.00 EUR) is too high, because of its condition that I had to leave the car before 8:00am.

Comfortable room. Quiet location

Lack of tv channels. Expensive breakfast.

The hotel is very close to the city center, and easily to get to by car. Good parking facilities. Breakfast is very good, but served in a building next to the hotel. (Bar/restaurant/conference room) If needed I would stay here again.

No complaints at all

Excellent location, 5 min walking from old town. Quiet place with beautiful view. Wonderful for guests with dogs as the city park is just in front. Very nice restaurant for dinner! Excellent food and the price was the same as of other restaurants (some of them, tourist traps) at city centre, so very worth.

Breakfast too expensive (€20). And the rooms could benefit from a little fridge.
