Pleasant decor,clean and tidy,helpful staff, convent location near bus stop, good breakfast.

The reception staff were very helpful. The room was spacious. Breakfast was very good. Had great wifi reception.

The hotel was rather far from the train station and the city centre. It can by no means be described as centrally located.

The staff were super friendly and helpful and the Italian restaurant in the hotel is as good as other reviewers have said. The room while small had everything we needed including WiFi and a great shower.

Wished the hotel were a little closer to the centre of town but the bus service is excellent.

The friendly welcome, a superbly equipped room, an excellent restaurant followed by a very good breakfast next morning.

There is nothing about the hotel not to like. People who write poor reviews will probably never be satisfied and would be advised to stay at home!!!!

All staff are Italian and extremely customer focused. Great stop on way to Italy and will use again.

While Hotel Pax is a few kilometers from the city center, it is a relatively easy walk (although I would be hesitant to do it at night). The owners were very welcoming and cheerful upon our arrival and stay, including at dinner in the adjoining Italian Restaurant. We got 2 rooms (2 couples) and were surprisingly upgraded on one of the rooms to a "superior" room with a stocked mini-bar (2 beers, 2 waters, 2 sodas) free of charge. A gas station was across the street for any snack cravings (or to try some of the local beers in a can) and the rooms and facilities were clean, updated and refreshing (except one little problem...)

Outside of the slightly distant location from city center and too-firm beds, the only problem we had was when one of us (me) was taking his shower, something happened to the hot water, so I had to take a freezing cold shower. They apologized for the problem and said it was fixed, but we were already checking out at that time. I don't hold grudges though, so I would still highly recommend this hotel.

It's a really nice hotel with convenient public transportation to the city center. The room is comfort with enough space for my son. We appreciated that they offered extra bed to my 5 year old son without any charge. The restaurant attached to the hotel is very good and popular.

Clean, Comfortable, not in centre of city but convenient with car for driving to offices at Drosbach Building on outskirts. Friendly service, good restaurant.

Lovely new hotel, relatively close to the center, there is a bus in front that takes you there. The rooms are simple but have all you need and very clean. Staff very nice and breakfast quite good.

Italian restaurant staff very welcoming and friendly. Food was delicious and good value for money. Nearby bus stop for travel to town centre-about 10 minutes. Ticket permits travel on any bus for 2 hours. Taxis are rather expensive.

Locked out of our room at 2.30am owing to faulty swipe card. No staff in attendance to assist. Remote staff distinctly unhelpful, but eventually agreed to come to hotel with master key. We eventually got to to bed about 4am, ahead of a 6.30am departure.

Staff were great, always a smile and 'Hello' whenever you met them. Although outside the city centre, regular and cheap buses meant you were only 5 minutes from the train station.

The staff was very friendly and courteous at all times. The facility is clean and inviting, the food was decent, and not over priced. The restaurant seemed to be frequented by locals, not just hotel guests, and we felt the food was reasonably proportioned. Our room was large enough that we did not feel crowded, yet cozy enough that our child did not feel afraid in a strange place. The bathroom was huge! And it doubled as a 'play area'. Overall, we were well pleased with our accommodations. It was advertised that parking was an additional charge, but we did not pay for parking and were pleasantly surprised. We will recommend Hotel Pax to our friends and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Luxembourg!

The mattress was an inner-spring mattress and not as comfortable as we are used to. The toilet was located under a slanted wall (part of the roof) and we hit our heads on the wall frequently. (Yes, we are slow learners....)
