Everything was excelent. the room size, breakfast, services, room view, room facilities and kind staffs. Just the english knowledge of the staffs was not acceptable |

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very helpful. If I were to travel back to Vianden I would not stay anywhere else. The food was great. Very accomodating. |

Location was good, across the road was an excellent Chinese Restaurant. Was told on arrival, restaurant was closed for the night and we could walk up to their sister hotel to eat..ate at the Chinese retaurant over road as it was raining.Staff seemed to want to tell us what we could not get in the hotel as to what we could.Not given the code for the internet and no way to find it, as we were 'home alone' in the hotel.Staff left for the night.Unbelievable!!! |

Nice and quiet and a well kept place. Room was large and fine. You can't have someone in the bar, that only speaks french!! We are in Luxembourg. I speak german and english, and she hardly couldn't understand, I wanted a beer. |

Staff very friendly with good English spoken by all. Food very nice, typical Euro breakfast. Very pretty location. Stayed in a Family room, 2 adults, one 3 year old and a 13 month baby, room was definitely big enough. Overall, a very nice place to stay. |

Location at the centre of the town We had a room in the old part of the hotel which needed renovation and it had a poor view over roof of pizzeria. Small car park. Restaurant not to be recommended (poor service and food). No air conditioning. |

Er waren mooie kamers, goed ontbijt en snelle bediening, een aanrader Parkeer plaats bij het hotel was klein en snel vol.Er was wel iets verder in de straat een andere parkeerplaats van het hotel zelf |

La grande chambre, la vue, le confort de la chambre(bain à bulle, taille), la region et le restaurant. Le bruit le soir si on doit laisser la fenetre ouverte(chaleur). |

.Vanaf ik mij op de parking begaf en het zeer gezellig terras gezien had had ik zoiets van tja dat moet het zijn.De ligging van het kasteel vanaf het balkon was adembenemend.EEN Aanrader!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
