Das Luxuszimmer war modern, groß, mit schönem Bad und schönem Blick auf den Fluß und Couch ausgestattet. Alles war neu und sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung war geschmackvoll. Das Doppelbett rutschte leider immer auseinander, so dass eine große Lücke zwischen den beiden Einzelbetten entstand. Das war nicht sehr praktisch. Der Service war sehr unterschiedlich, je nach Mitarbeiter.Bin schon besser bedient worden. Es gab aber auch nette! |

Im Hotel ist alles was man zu einem erholsamen Wochenende benötigt, saubere Zimmer, freundlicher Servoce, gute Küche. Es liegt ruhig. Von dort kann man die Gegend weitläufig erkunden |

Sehr aufmerksames Personal. Man hat mitbekommen, dass meine Frau am 2. Tag Geburtstag hat. Beim Abendessen, bekam meine Frau eine nette Geburtstagsüberraschung zum Dessert.Das Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert. Die Küche ebenfalls. |

Sehr schöne zentrale Lage, schöne Zimmer, man ist bei der Reservierung auf Wünsche des Gastes eingegangen.Gutes Restaurant, hervorragende Pizzen und Salate. Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer. |

The staff were friendly. The room is very cozy, much like a home and not like a hotel. The view from the room is gorgeous. Breakfast was amazing. There was a fan, but the front part wasn't there. And when I used the toilet, there was tissue inside the toilet bowl, as if someone had used it before we arrived. Other than that, I have no complaints. |

clean ,location,parking in garage for bikes hotel is nice but the staff realy let the place down.i asked for a menu and half an hour later walked out and ate elsewhere and i was not the only one this happened to,will not stay again. |

Hotel staff very pleasant and helpful; very good and plentiful breakfast. Bed (mattress) was perhaps too soft; TV hanging on the wall in a poor location. |

The rooms are OK. Checking in was a problem as they could not find our booking although I could show the confirmation from booking.com. The key to my room did not work and I had to change rooms. Next morning the printer did not work. For this price, you might expect a different kind of hotel. |

Hotel is very easy reachable being situated in a central location of Vianden with great views to the Castle of Vianden, river along the road, abundent green forests, just perfect for a weekend out of the city! Very friendly staff, cosy breakfast with surprising variety. Parking lot in front of the hotel fits only around 5 cars. Alternative hotel parking situated in a rather remote area from the hotel. |

Great hotel in wonderful Vianden. 10 min. walk from Vianden Castle. I would recommend this town and this great hotel to anyone who likes a relaxing holiday. |

Location was good, across the road was an excellent Chinese Restaurant. Was told on arrival, restaurant was closed for the night and we could walk up to their sister hotel to eat..ate at the Chinese retaurant over road as it was raining.Staff seemed to want to tell us what we could not get in the hotel as to what we could.Not given the code for the internet and no way to find it, as we were 'home alone' in the hotel.Staff left for the night.Unbelievable!!! |
