Hotel muy cuidado, funcional, cómodo y moderno. En el centro de la ciudad. Muy recomendable.

Nice hotel and a nice terrace on a splendid location close to the large Castle of Viandes. Very nice and large rooms. Good value for money. Nice location on the border of Germany in the Luxemburg Ardennes with a fabulous nature

No minibar, a very loud (kitchen) exhaust starting at 7 am waking us up, no clothing hangers but in-cabinet fixed which is unpractical

hammering noises late in the evening and early in the morning. Not really something you wanna be spending 80 euro's a night for.

Comfortable, charming, cozy, very well located, in the heart of the village o Vianden, near the river, with access to a delightful warm pool in a hotel nearby end with an spectacular breakfast! Big and clean room with a view to the river.

Everything was good!

Great welcome on arrival, the staff were amazing throughout whole stay. Food was authentic. However room was outstanding, we had the penthouse suite, which was worth the extra money as there was lots of room for our 8 month old to run about on the floor. He also loved the jacuzzi bath.

Only 1 complaint, weren't told that a pool was available in the sister hotel(1 min away) which would have been perfect for our son.

Location: castle footsteps, quiet little town, Vianden is only 50-min slow drive away from Luxembourg City, very close to various kayaking opportunities nearby, only 1 hour away from German Trier. Rarely advertized but still available good free pool in the 200-m-down-the- street hotel. Good speed free internet connection. Very friendly staff.

Beautiful hotel with cosy family room and nice view to the river. Free parking with enough bays. Very lively terrace restaurant that also locals frequently visit. Good menu and tasty food. Dogs seem to be treated like human customers. Good breakfast as well. Staff was friendly - especially the lady in reception, I think her name was Karen. She was a walking sunbeam.

Quite long wait for service in the restaurant due to many customers. There was no potty for our little kid. Non-sliding slide for children in the yard.

Upgraded without any extra costs, the owner and staff were helpful and always around.

Nothing I pick the right hotel

Wide choice of menu, freindly staff, location.

The penthouse suite was very comfortable and large. The jacuzzi was particularly noisy but enjoyable. The location is good and very close to the bus station.

We were surprised to find out that the hotel restaurant was closed in the evening. If you arrive on a Tuesday, nearly all the restaurants in "town" are closed but fortunately there was a nice Chinese restaurant facing the hotel.
