The staff were friendly. The room is very cozy, much like a home and not like a hotel. The view from the room is gorgeous. Breakfast was amazing. There was a fan, but the front part wasn't there. And when I used the toilet, there was tissue inside the toilet bowl, as if someone had used it before we arrived. Other than that, I have no complaints. |

clean ,location,parking in garage for bikes hotel is nice but the staff realy let the place down.i asked for a menu and half an hour later walked out and ate elsewhere and i was not the only one this happened to,will not stay again. |

Hotel staff very pleasant and helpful; very good and plentiful breakfast. Bed (mattress) was perhaps too soft; TV hanging on the wall in a poor location. |

The rooms are OK. Checking in was a problem as they could not find our booking although I could show the confirmation from booking.com. The key to my room did not work and I had to change rooms. Next morning the printer did not work. For this price, you might expect a different kind of hotel. |

Hotel is very easy reachable being situated in a central location of Vianden with great views to the Castle of Vianden, river along the road, abundent green forests, just perfect for a weekend out of the city! Very friendly staff, cosy breakfast with surprising variety. Parking lot in front of the hotel fits only around 5 cars. Alternative hotel parking situated in a rather remote area from the hotel. |

Great hotel in wonderful Vianden. 10 min. walk from Vianden Castle. I would recommend this town and this great hotel to anyone who likes a relaxing holiday. |

Everything was excelent. the room size, breakfast, services, room view, room facilities and kind staffs. Just the english knowledge of the staffs was not acceptable |

It was very peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Very good resaurants Very minor issues. Car park was a bit small. No running machine in the fitness centre |

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very helpful. If I were to travel back to Vianden I would not stay anywhere else. The food was great. Very accomodating. |

Location was good, across the road was an excellent Chinese Restaurant. Was told on arrival, restaurant was closed for the night and we could walk up to their sister hotel to eat..ate at the Chinese retaurant over road as it was raining.Staff seemed to want to tell us what we could not get in the hotel as to what we could.Not given the code for the internet and no way to find it, as we were 'home alone' in the hotel.Staff left for the night.Unbelievable!!! |

Nice and quiet and a well kept place. Room was large and fine. You can't have someone in the bar, that only speaks french!! We are in Luxembourg. I speak german and english, and she hardly couldn't understand, I wanted a beer. |

Leuk familiehotel, goed ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, mooie omgeving, goede kamer, lekkere pizzeria in het hotel. Bedden iets te hard en rond 8 uur hoorde je het verkeer buiten wel bezig |

Keuzemogelijkheid van 2 restaurants prettig.Uitstekende pizza's. ontbijtbuffet prima. voor gebruiken van sauna was aanmelden met 4 personen verplicht.jammer dat het niet mogelijk is om alleen te gaan. |
