Petry är ett modernt och miljövänligt hotell med utsikt över floden Our och det historiska slottet i centrala Vianden. Rummen har satellit-TV och hotellet har även gratis Wi-Fi samt 2 restauranger. Hotellet har bastu, solarium och litet avgiftsbelagt gym. Gästerna har dessutom fri tillgång till poolen samt till spa- och hälsoavdelningen på det intilliggande Hotel Belle-Vue. Hotellet har en resedisk och cykeluthyrning. Det går även att få lunchpaket. Hotel Petry har en mysig gastrorestaurang med frilagda träbjälkar och lantliga inredningsdetaljer. Det finns även en pizzeria med en traditionell vedeldad ugn. Det tar 50 minuter att köra till de viktigaste sevärdheterna i staden Luxembourg, exempelvis Storhertigens palats och katedralen Notre-Dame. Petry Hotel har gratis allmän parkering. Location is nice in the region and within the village, staff was also friendly and all the basic services worked well. It was advertised as a spa hotel but sauna was agaisnt a fee and swimming pool was in another nearby hotel, where also sauna would have cost extra. This is a bit excessive when the area is good for hiking and the hotel told to be a spa hotel.

Nice hotel and a nice terrace on a splendid location close to the large Castle of Viandes. Very nice and large rooms. Good value for money. Nice location on the border of Germany in the Luxemburg Ardennes with a fabulous nature No minibar, a very loud (kitchen) exhaust starting at 7 am waking us up, no clothing hangers but in-cabinet fixed which is unpractical

It was the second time we came here because we had very good recollection of last time, and I can say, we were not disappointed. The staffs were and still are very friendly, the food was good for good price and the rooms were very clean. We will come back. The rooms are a bit noisy.

breakfast and room were ok. hammering noises late in the evening and early in the morning. Not really something you wanna be spending 80 euro's a night for.

Comfortable, charming, cozy, very well located, in the heart of the village o Vianden, near the river, with access to a delightful warm pool in a hotel nearby end with an spectacular breakfast! Big and clean room with a view to the river. Everything was good!

Great welcome on arrival, the staff were amazing throughout whole stay. Food was authentic. However room was outstanding, we had the penthouse suite, which was worth the extra money as there was lots of room for our 8 month old to run about on the floor. He also loved the jacuzzi bath. Only 1 complaint, weren't told that a pool was available in the sister hotel(1 min away) which would have been perfect for our son.

Location: castle footsteps, quiet little town, Vianden is only 50-min slow drive away from Luxembourg City, very close to various kayaking opportunities nearby, only 1 hour away from German Trier. Rarely advertized but still available good free pool in the 200-m-down-the- street hotel. Good speed free internet connection. Very friendly staff.

A lovely, friendly hotel in a great location. The buffet breakfast was really good value, and the evening meal was enjoyable. The village of Vianden is beautiful and we would love to return to explore the area further.

Beautiful hotel with cosy family room and nice view to the river. Free parking with enough bays. Very lively terrace restaurant that also locals frequently visit. Good menu and tasty food. Dogs seem to be treated like human customers. Good breakfast as well. Staff was friendly - especially the lady in reception, I think her name was Karen. She was a walking sunbeam. Quite long wait for service in the restaurant due to many customers. There was no potty for our little kid. Non-sliding slide for children in the yard.

Good location for visiting surrounding countryside, rivers etc. Brasserie in hotel very good for reasonably priced pizzas and pastas. It overlooked the river and was set outside under canopies - probably best al fresco location in the town. Room was very large and spacious, with a new, very big, flatscreen TV. Good breakfast with large choice. Free parking in hotel car park. On arrival, hotel had no booking for us on their system. Fortunately there were rooms available, and we were upgraded to a "luxe" room(our booking had been for "confort"). Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful by giving us maps etc and telling us what we could see in town, but omitted to tell us about locked fridge and safe that we had in room, or wifi access. We had to return to desk to enquire about these things, and were provided with keys and access code. We were also not told how we could access sauna etc and no mention was made of swimmng pool at sister hotel.

The penthouse suite was very comfortable and large. The jacuzzi was particularly noisy but enjoyable. The location is good and very close to the bus station. We were surprised to find out that the hotel restaurant was closed in the evening. If you arrive on a Tuesday, nearly all the restaurants in "town" are closed but fortunately there was a nice Chinese restaurant facing the hotel.
