Hotel Piemont    

The location, appx 10/12 min walk of Luxembourg City Centre and convenient for accessing the A6, is also opposite a pleasant valley walk. There is also guest garaging. Our standard bedroom was good with a 'morning sun' aspect.

Although classified as 4star we think that 3 would be more appropriate or possibly only 2 star. Staffing levels were quite inadequate to provide the expected level of service. We ate in and at 1945h there were items 'not available'. The bathroom had no hook(s).

It says it is a 4 stars hotel. It may be from a legal perspective but no way it is a 4 stars. It is just a 3 stars.

Room was small. Not a four star hotel.

The hotel is located in a quiet area from where it takes you 15 minutes of relaxed walking to get to the city center. It has its own parking. The family room was very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay there!

The closeness to the office I had to go to.

So called 4 star - I really do not understand where the 4th star came from. Deluxe room with one tea bag on offer, no milk, towels that I would have thrown away 4 years ago. And the best, having someone book an evening meal to my room and being asked to prove that I ate out and was not trying to get a free meal! Oh yes the eggs and bacon at breakfast were the worst I ever tasted. Go stay in a Formule 1, get the same facilities and pay a third of the price. Sad place, overpriced and never to be repeated!!!

Restaurant with small, interesting offers in the evening.

Couldn't switch off TV except by unplugging power.

We appreciate the hotel because it is not far from the city centre, peaceful, and not too much traffic

First, for the first time we pay visit to this country we dont have any warm welcome from the staff, no bellboy to pick up our luggage to our room, no toothbrush and tooth paste and same breakfast everyday

The breakfast was not satisfactory - the scrambled eggs were very powdery and the variety of items was small.

The bathrooms were plush and very big.

the morning staff were very nice , but I found that the afternoon / evening staff were some of the worst I have ever come across in a Hotel , I ate in the Hotel one evening and the waitress service was terrible and the receptionist was very rude and unhelpful as I had a problem with the lock on my door of the room and was not able to enter the room with the key card I was given and she was not helpful what so ever in trying to solve the problem which was totally the fault of the hotel lock system . Breakfast was very poor quality and not fresh food at the buffet .

Convenient location. Many parking spaces in the side streets or in the hotel parking (which is free).

The Wifi reception was poor inside the room. The staff though tried to do its best to help us when complained and also offered us a different room.

WIFI can be an issue, doesn't work well at certain floors (especially 3rd floor). If something is broken / doesn't work.. nobody seems to know what to do, who to contact.

Well equipped rooms with all amenities for a comfortable stay.
