The staff were helpful The breakfast was fine
The outlook from the room was dreadful The location was far from ideal. A paucity of eating places nearby
empty minibar really bad, bad breakfast for a "4 star" hotel. it's not a 4 star hotel
Good size room, good breakfast, secure parking for our motorbikes.
Nice hotel. Good staff. Breakfast is good. Close to The Luxembourg American Cemetery and Memorial, where we went to see General Patton's grave.
Parking is on street.
Bus station is in front of building.
Old small TV with dirty remote control was defective.
Location for business purposes Price
Double room was very small
Short taxi ride to city centre Bus stop outside Small, but clean and well-presented Wi-Fi available Friendly and helpful staff
Quiet, remote location No vending / shop facilities (e.g. water, drinks, snacks, etc)
Beautiful hotel and quiet area.
Too far from the Center, empty mini bar, breakfast area was tiny and crowded. Bus schedule on Sundays was poor. It takes almost half hour walk to the City Centre going through hills.
Nothing I felt I was cheated for my money. I would never book or recommend again It was the worst experience and I am a frequent traveller and have stayed at several hotels in many countries
location wise it was convenient, close to exhibition, close to park to walk the dogs
beds uncomfortable, breakfast minimal (no fresh orange juice, but from a package), not worthy 4 stars! Limited car park with hotel.
Very friendly guy at reception day of arrival and room size good.
The woman at reception next morning, not taking my complaints seriues! Bedmatras not good, too hot in room and airo not working. It was room 108...
Excellent compact kitchenette, every thing is good except no free parking and free internet in spite of charges are so high. But finding free parking is not a problem.
Good breakfast, cleanness, friendly staff and perfect localization of the hostel (close to the EU Quartier)
paid Internet access - when you spend 100 Eur per night you may expect to have this included in the price...
Staff well mannered and friendly
Wifi connection is a joke - cannot connect from the room and the the lobby connection is almost impossible - using apps for calls is not possible due to connectivity issues - would not recommend even if it was for free
Personnel changed my room to a non smoking room without a problem. Close to plateau de Kirchberg (long walk up steps, though)
furniture style: 1968
Breakfast, smell of room
Comfortable rooms, good breakfast
Tobacco smell in my family room
Lovely delightful place with good restaurants nearby and beautiful setting
For some reason the wifi was not great the week I stayed - but for that I would have come back. Wifi just a must.
Room was huge. Staff OK
Room was frozen, and the fact that it has two floors looks nice but it is not always convenient. The breakfast was a joke. Very expensive for the services you get.
location- near the european institutions, accessable easily by public transport (buss no 9), big and beautiful rooms (bedroom, livingroom and two bathrooms :)
street noise was quite loud (luckily during the night time was quiet) all the lamps were not working, but still enough that every room was usable, the shower hose was broken, but in some way it was usable
you get what you pay for
you get what you pay for
Nothing in particular.
Having to pay for car parking. Our bed - mattress past its sell-by date. No bar/restaurant facilities.
Small window, preannounced electricity cut at 8:30, four-star hotel bathroom should look better equipped, breakfast was rather poor
lot of space , studio for the price of ordinary room , upper(sleeping) and ground (lower) part of studio
just an ordinary breakfast , charging wifi is not what most hotels do these days.
