Very nice and helpful staff, very grand interior. there was a bus stop right outside the hotel.

Room was a bit dark due to the use of energy saving lightbulbs and small window.

Friendly reception, automatic card key to hotel and room, interesting conversion of old brewery visible in common areas.

The room was 3-star rather than 4-star; while there was nothing outright wrong, it had banal prints on walls, a rather small TV for the , the net curtains were dusty, the toothmugs plastic - it just did not have the 4-star feel to it. No original features from the brewery times were visible. It would be nice if it displayed old local photos rather than mass-produced prints, and offered some individuality that would make it memorable. The breakfast was awful: the room is small and crammed; there was just one waitress who replenished the food and cleared tables in a chaotic way, and while picking up some dirty dishes, she would leave other dirty dishes standing, puttining her dirty cloth on one of the tables. It looked very uninviting.

The staff was friendly.The location was good, the bus station was in front of the hotel, so one could reach the city center, as well as the airport very quick (less than 15 minutes).

The breakfast room was very small. Not enough space to have a quiet breakfast.

This is not a 4* hotel be warned, more like a 2*. The location was awful more than 2miles from the centre at the bottom of a very long winding hill no way was it within walking distance.Our room was dark & dingy.smelt of smoke, the bed was so low to the floor we thought the mattress was missing. The room overlooked the main road at the front and the scene from our window was one of a burned out building. It was overpriced and very disappointing, the only place to eat was the italian restaurant next door, (within walking distance) and as the hotel was a 'captive audience' this was reflected in the prices.

The hotel staff was very helpful.

- advertises a shuttle bus - this wasn't available ; - liquid soap in the bathroom - we received one recipient only for 2 persons for 7 days. - kitchen towel was not changed in 7 days; for breakfast there were not available both tea and coffee - you should choose between.

The staff was very helpful and the place was clean. The rooms are well equiped. The bus station is just in front of the hotel if you want to go both to city centre and to the area with EU institutions. There are several restaurants very near the hotel as well. Also, they provide airport shuttle service free of charge.

The wi-fi internet connection was very poor and most of times unavailable in evening hours

Our room was very comfortable. Anita at reception was a lovely person - very friendly and welcoming, with lots of tips about what to do and see in Luxembourg. The location was handy - just a 10 minute uphill stroll to the CBD and very large Auchan. It was quite a long walk to the old city, but there are buses if you need.

The WIFI did not work well at all, so was difficult if you had a lot of work to do.

Very comfortable and well equipped hotel.

Not ready walking distance from the centre. The hotel itself was well presented but the outlook across the road to a derelict part of the of the original building was not attractive.

Stayed in hotel for 2 stays. For the first week we got a free room upgrade. Staff is friendly and always willing to help. If coming by car this would be ideal. Also working in Kirchberg this is also closeby.

Wifi access sometimes patchy and erratic. 2nd week much better access though.

Excellent service, would recommend it!
