The breakfast room was underdimensioned and food not dimensioned for all clients

Breakfast was poor. Cucumber very old, only cold hard boiled egg, canned fruit.

A nice airy open room. Fridge was a handy extra.

Rooms are big and confortable, the staff is really nice, its easy to find transportation, not too far from the city, good breakfast

There's not enough place for all the guest to have breakfast at the same time, so it gets crowded and you have to wait.

- The hotel seems like a big old building heritage and redesigned for Hotel; nice in decoration

- Breakfast terrible, horrible, awful (Even if you want to go to this hotel; don't choose Breakfast; It changes your idea totally 180° about this Hotel) (for a 4 stars hotel !!!) - Staff behavior in reception and Breakfast not good at all (for a 4 stars hotel !!!) - There is is some big construction in front of the hotel that removes all nice view of the area from the window - No toilet set !!! (for a 4 stars hotel !!!) - Bathroom equipments is not acceptable. No toilet set. For a 4 stars hotel !! there is just a very small shower space !!! - This hotel has 4 stars !!!!! To be honest I think there is a big mistake; This hotel is something like 3 stars hotel with 2 stars even in Bathroom and Breakfast. Who chose 4 stars for this Hotel; No one at the time we were there was happy with the hotel.

we had to leave early in the morning but all though they told us we still could have coffee and some breakfast the sleepy night receptionist said it was closed and didn't want to give us anything else but the bill

the parking was not very big was full and we had to pay to stand at the hotel to park which is unfortunate.

It was a convenient location for an overnight stop and a place we could rest - with a couple of resturants in the close vicinity.

Room carried a strong smell of stale cigarette smoke. Parking and wifi were both additional costs not included in the room. Room only had 3 pillows for a family of 4. Sofa bed had large gap where the pillow kept falling down. Quality of breakfast poor with luke warm coffee and only one piece of bacon available.

Its a little far from the centre of town as we liked to be in walking distance for most but there are bus stops every few metres on the road outside and nice and cheap (Free on sundays)

Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with my 2year old

A cot in thd room may have been easier with my 2year old and spiral stair case he loved climbing.

No facilities, poor breakfast, poor location, poor and dated decor all round, ugly breakfast room ......

The front staff were generally helpful.....The bus out the front goes to the city frequently,,,

If this is a four star hotel then Iam a monkeys uncle...

The room was clean and very huge. I was positively shocked because of the bedroom. There was a small kitches, so it was possible to prepare own food. It was maximally comfortable. The bathroom was also very spacious. I had a bath with a jacuzzi. From the airport it was really close, and it was not a problem to find it, because they have a big banner which you can see from the bus. The bus station is also very close to the hotel. There are good connections to the city center. I can recommend it!

There are 2 main roads around the hotel, so if you open the window there is a little bit loud from the streets. There was not vegetable for breakfast.

From out side the hotel did not promise a lot but from inside was different. Very nice decor, paintings, furniture... We had very spacious room with two double bed, table, kitchenette, huge bathroom.. Everything was very impressive.It was same we stayed just one night.. Breakfast was nice, very good choice. Next to hotel was bus station for going to city Luxembourg. 10 min ride...

We just didn't like the building opposite which was abounded with broken windows. It looked that area where is hotel is very rough but probably is ok.

We chose this hotel as this was advertised as a 4star hotel. Our room was very hot and we could not sleep. Air condition was broken and hotel did not give us a fan on the 1st night.We couldn't keep the only window open as it was opening on to the main road (ground floor). 2nd night was even hotter and my kids slept on the floor.None of us could get any good sleep. I slept on a chair next to the window. I asked for another fan and didn't get one. We were offered another room around 3AM but that room did not have functioning air conditioning either. Female receptionist was extremely rude. According to her air conditioning system has not been working for a while. Hotel still advertises as a 4 star which is very misleading and we were cheated.

The facilities were good

The room was smelly. It smelt like someone had been cooking rice in the room; we had toopen all the windows to let some fresh air in and get rid of the smell, which at 11pm in the evening was not nice. Thankfully it was a warm evening so we would have opened the windows anyway.

Very good hotel. Friendly,helpful staff. Clean, good sized room. Only a short bus ride from the centre.

Shame wifi was not provided free. Most places I visit now offer complimentary wifi as standard.

24 hour desk and breakfast included in the reasonable price for a 4-bed room

overcrowded breakfast - we had to wait for 30 minutes to get a table, and only french-speaking waitress. this is not a major drawback and I wouldn't normally complain about it, but that was the only thing we didn't like.

If having a car, good location which is close to city(5~10min). Two layered room with living room on ground, sleeping room on 1st floor, so children like it. Room have a tableware, electric range, kitchen sink, and bath in bathroom. Calm and sound street.

They don't have a bar, so we should have to take beers from next hotel restaurant. And, in front of hetel, there is a vacant old building which is likely to be destroyed. So, felt awaful to seems to appear ghost at night, actually I dreamed light nightmare. Breakfast seemed to be old, in my feeling.
