Does not correspond to 4-star hotel and service

It is a value for money hotel, conveniently located. Above all, it has a free car park in front of the hotel which is a unique advantage in the centre of Luxembourg city.

The breakfast could be better, with freshly sliced fruit salad and fresh fruit juice. The croissants could be better.

The room was large and the bathroom big. The bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful.

It was noisy (located on a large avenue), a little old-fashioned. The tv remote control did not work (even after I had the batteries changed). It was not very warm in the room. Not a large choice at breakfast compared to other hotels.

The female receptionist who greeted us was excellent and very informative. She is a credit to your hotel.

It's a bit noisy during the night on the roadside of the hotel.

Location

Strong smell of tobacco everywhere. Very noisy from the city traffic. No air conditioning - there was a small inefffective free standing unit in the room. Uncomfortable bed

The hotel was in an excellent location to access the oid city area which was just over the Rue Royal. Parking is a big problem in the city so free parking is a real plus as most parking areas have 5hr limit and the cost builds up. The public rooms are grand and the great shame is they are not really used to their full potential, and a suprise when the exterior of the hotel is remenicent 70's Costa hotel. The hotel is very clean, and well maintained, the terrace at the from of the hotel offers a pleasent ,but sometimes noisy place to have a drink. The rooms were a good size with the added bonus of a balcony to sit on, again more Costas than city

The rooms do not have air-conditioning, and were very hot when, we stayed as the temperature reached 30c, and traffic noise meant that you couldn't really open the door and window to ventilate the room, a fan was provided. The breakfast was basic

Simple check in and out. Clean warm room.

Reception is not manned full time. Had to wait a few minutes before someone arrived to check me in.

A bit old building (single glasing windows, carpets...) and very small tv

Dit hotel ligt in het oude centrum (restaurants en winkels) en heeft een (gratis) parkeermogelijkheid. Hotel is niet overdreven lux maar wel comfortabel met vriendelijk personeel.

Близко к центру, но тихо, красивый интерьер, много антиквариата.
