While the amenities were worthy of five-stars, our stay was made most memorable by the staff's devotion to customer service. Everyone was excellent! However, Michael Adams, a member of the concierge staff stood out. He was exceptional! Thank you Michael.

The location is really convenient, the staff is very considering and nice. Everything is overpriced. The parking, the breakfast, the room. I don't feel like staying at a 5 stars hotel. The room is cold, the swimming pool even colder. I know Luxambourg is very bussinessy but I expect more from a 5 stars hotel.

Nothing good! The room was cold without central heating, I had to ask an electrical device because I was freezing in that small room facing the road. They locked the windows,impssible to ask the concierge to open it! Poor breakfast,poor fitness center. Never again I will go to this 3 stars hotel. It's not a 5 stars hotel, never at all!!

Staff very friendly. Great breakfast variety. Rooms very comfortable. Location is close to the center. Good alternative found for the spa/sauna/pool being closed. Spa/sauna/pool were closed, it did mention this in very small print at the bottom of the hotel description, however it was missed.
