なんと言ってもロケーションが最高です。いつもベストサービスを提供してくれるホテルなので毎回利用してい- ます。空港からの送迎もしてくれて便利です。ルームサービスもおいしいし迅速です。ホテルの建物は少し古く- なってきてはいますが快適です。プール、サウナも無料で利用できて楽しめます。 他のホテルではコーヒーとかテイーとかが部屋で飲めるようにお湯沸しポットがおいてありますがこのホテルの- スタンダードの部屋にはそれが無いので不便でした。 |

スタッフの対応はすばらしい、フランス語圏でも英語でのやりとりで全く支障がなかった。ベスト８０に選ばれ- るほどの最高のホテルであることを実感した。レストラン（ルジョルダン）では、適切な価格でおいしい料理と- サービスが受けられた。 ベットがやわらかくてやや寝にくかった。 |

ロケーションが良く、駐車場があるのもとても便利だった。設備も充実しているので、ルクセンブルグ市内観光- であればお勧めしたい。 空調が効きすぎていて寒かったので、予備の毛布を出してしのいだ。バスタブ、洗面のお湯は、少し待たないと- 温かくならなかった。ホテル入口の段差は、べビーカーを持ち上げる必要があるので面倒に感じた。 |

On Saturday and Sunday, we can choice only Le Jardin for dinner. Unfortunatelly their survice and food was not good. We should go out for dinner. However other survice (room and stuff and so on) were perfect. |

ホテルダイニングルームから見えるお庭がとても綺麗でした。早春の木々や花々が咲き乱れていて、とても癒さ- れました。 寝具が薄い毛布一枚だったので、チョッと肌寒かったです。ベッドカバーもいつの間にか、ルームサービス係り- が剥がして持ち去っていました。電話をして追加の毛布を貰えば良かったと後悔です（主人→鼻風邪気味） |

Location is great. The old city and shops are just across the street. However, the surrounding area it's quite ugly. The hotel is easily the prettiest building in the view, although not that pretty it self. Room was clean and decent, but nothing special, so 170 per night feels quite overpriced. |

This hotel was well balanced hotel in terms of location, facility, level of service and atmosphere of hotel. Would like to come back again to stay here! Room was enough clearn & confortable. Just small thing that LCD TV was bit small compared to the class of this hotel. |

Quite reasonable: price/quality. Convenient location, polite staff, good breakfast, not so noisy, very comfortable with parking inside hotel.advices of staff for places of interest were very efficient. I stayed in superior room, for such level, should be better to have more comfortable bed and pillows. |

Very close to the old city of Luxemburg, we have had a very pleasant stay at the Royal. No doubt a very high standard hotel and a friendly staff. We will certain return to this hotel. |

This place was a real treat to stay in. Attentive staff in all areas. Location for the City excellent. Ambience good. Very comfortable, quiet in rooms and air con excellent. Pool good. Breakfast very good. I would like to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Gym equipment a little dated and limited. |
