The staff was amazing! The receptionist made me a Club sandwich at 2am, when I got in back from the town. Everybody super polite and speaks English well.

The Internet was slow for my taste, capped data that I managed to use all while skyping...

Next to the Aiprort - walking distance. Nice staff, nice reausturant. Easy access to the city by bus.

Water was changing from cold to warm on its own... Very annoying sometimes

Staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was lovely.

The bed mattress and pillows were not at all comfortable and we both had back and neck ache the next day

I have stayed in most of the Hotels around Luxemburg Airport and found this the best relation quality-price.

hotel is not what you'd expect from NH, the restaurant is terrible

I didn't like the room I was given, I believe it was No. 123. There are signs of rust in the bathroom, along with a crack that runs along the bath-tiles. I also didn't like the weak lighting in the bedroom (though I can appreciate the eco-friendly reasons behind it).

It was near to the airport. We had a meeting there. It was really complicated for me. Very easy chek in. Just in few minutes. Hotel staff are really professional. Protocolly smile, very helpfull. Rooms are good. We cheked out early in the morning,(04:30 am) even the retsaurant was closed, they put some refreshments as a coffe, juice, some small snacks for the persons who checks out. I haven ever seen this in another hotels even travel a lot to the different countries. I really advise this hotel for the buisness trip.

The location was perfect for anyone that travels by car, the staff was very friendly and helpful, nice clean rooms (also smoking rooms available), plenty of parking space

No free WiFi available which was really annoying, also the price was a bit high

Friendly staff who could not have done more to be accommodating for a late check-in - we arrived after midnight and nothing was too much

1. Although hotel is situated out of town, it is very convenient to get in town by using bus number 16 which takes you there in maybe 15 minutes and costs 1.5 Euro per person. 2. Car parking is free. 3. Breakfasts are good. 4. Rooms are cosy and clean, and very well equiped.

Cnn did not work. There were no supermarkets in the vicinity.

Internet is for free in the lobby for everyone (even if not staying at the hotel) but 17 EUR/day in the room if you stay there!!! This is unbelievable.

It was a great price, clean rooms and the hotel staff was very friendly and spoke multiple languages. Had free Wi-Fi, but only in the lobby.

Air conditioning didn't work in any room, but worked in the lobby. Food at the restaurant was ok a bit pricey though. They switched our room to one that the window actually worked. Only 4 channels on the tv.

- very close to the airport and quick access to the bus station - you could reach the center of the city by bus in 15 minutes - soundproofed - friendly staff - large room - nice location

- old furniture and used bath tube - the bed was very uncomfortable - the smell of the entire hotel - basic breakfast without fresh vegetables - the business center was unacceptable with old logistic and very low connection to the internet

Fonctionnement technique, air conditionné sans effet, température 30° (dehors 15°) écran hd plat, mais branchements sans accès, ni hdmi ni usb programmes tv impossibles :2 italien, 2 chinois, pub hôtel, cnn sans son isolation trop juste, aéroport en vue

Ontbijt was matig niet altijd bijgevuld...

Decisamente sotto gli standard nh Hotel, albergo abbastanza fatiscente. Posizionato vicino all'aeroporto, quindi comodo solo per passarci una notte se si fa scalo. Per il resto la camera era abbastanza bruttina, la colazione non era un gran che e costava 20€. Nei corridoio c'era sempre cattivo odore e anche nella hall spesso c'era odore di bagni pubblici. La rete wifi penosa, fornita attraverso Swisscom, in sostanza danno un codice per ogni dispositivo da connettere a internet che dura 24h, con un massimo di 100mb, lentissimo. Sconsiglio date che comunque è caro per il mediocre albergo che è e le 4 stelle sarei curiosa di sapere chi gliele ha date.
