Good service, helpfull staff, excellent restaurant. Comfortable room with whirlpool bath. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Building works on the hotel limited the bar service but when the works are finished the hotel facilities should be excellent Lift quite small, disabled acess at side of hotel is quite steep and would be difficult for a wheelchair user without assistance. A personal preference would not be a sliding glass door on the bathroom. |

Avondeten was wel de moeite waard alsook de prijzen van de wijnen .een positieve evolutie op korte termijn is het wellnessgedeelte dat langzamerhand volledig operationeel zal zijn .Enkel het buitenzwembad was nog niet klaar. Probleem tot november zijn de werken aan de brug over de Moesel.Werken beginnen om 7 uur 's morgens en zijn nogal lawaaierig |

Le nouveau SPA est promettant, à suivre sont développement. Il faut miux manger à la carte que de prendre la demi-pension dont le repas est un peu spartiate |

prima hotel. Ook goed voor bussiness-meeting/passage/congress etc.Als de verbouwing klaar is (ca 1,5 jaar) dan is het supergoed, nu al gedeeltelijk bruikbaar. Overigens geen hinder van het werk |

Niet echt veel. Er werd rekening gehouden met de problemen hieronder omschreven. We ontvingen ter plaatse een korting. Ik moet hierbij wel vermelden dat binnen enkele maanden een Welness center opengaat in dit hotel. Hierdoor kwamen de problemen met het water. Dit center zal in de toekomst een troef zijn voor dit hotel. Het water werd gedurende een volledige dag en nacht afgesloten wegens werkzaamheden. Echt veel alternatieven werden ons niet geboden. Voordien werd ons ook geen melding gemaakt van deze werkzaamheden. De geluiden van naastgelegen kamers dringen heel goed door tot in uw eigen kamer. |

Vriendelijke ontvangst . Zeer nette kamer . Verzorgd restaurant met mooie kaart en menu's, vriendelijk zaalpersoneel. - ontbijtzaal te klein voor aantal personen. De kranen van de Jacuzzi waren niet helemaal meer in orde. |
