Good staff, very helpful and kind. Good location within Luxembourg city. Beautiful atrium. Pleasant atmosphere in the rooms. Breakfast was too little value for money. I'd expect more flexibility in e.g. baking fresh pancakes. |

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel dans le cadre d'un voyage d'affaires et il correspond tout à fait aux critères que je recherche dans un hôtel: situé à proximité de mes rendez-vous, confortable et calme. La facture a été libellée avec un nom et une adresse incorrecte. C'est la deuxième fois déjà. |

Architecture originale, chambre spacieuse et confortable, situation privilégiée, prestations d'excellente qualité, équipements à la hauteur des attentes. Café servi au petit déjeuner (25 euros) imbuvable, mais gracieusement remplacé par un expresso. Parking très coûteux, alors qu'il devrait être gratuit pour un hôtel de cette catégorie situé en dehors du centre ville, à un endroit où la place ne manque pas. |

hoog gekwalificeerd uiterst vriendelijk personeel, alle comfort (koffie en thee op kamer) en hoge kwaliteitsproducten in badkamer! Mooi, modern en comfortabel ligging is niet onmiddellijk in centrum van Luxemburg, maar lijnbussen brengen je zeer frequent naar centrum |

De omgeving is ambtelijk naargeestig. Het hotel zelf is smaakvol met mooie kleurcombinaties. De kwaliteit van bar en "Oro y Argento " uitstekend. De kamer zeer comfortabel al houd ik niet zo van dikke dekbedden |

Zentrum fußläufig, Mudam-Museum und Philharmonie direkt gegenüber, ruhig, reichhaltiges, gutes Frühstück. Baustellen ringsum, atmosphärisch eher ein Business-Hotel. Achtung: In Luxemburg gibt es zwei Sofitels! Das wir in diesem landen, war uns bei der Buchung nicht klar. Das andere soll besser sein. |

sehr gute Zimmerausstattung,schön angelegter Restaurant- und Loungebereich. das Frühstücksangebot ist recht übersichtlich. Es hätte bei der Hotelbeschreibung erwähnt werden sollen dasss im nahen Umfeld des Hotels umfangreich gebaut wird. |

Les restaurants ont un bon rapport qualité prix, mais je n'ai pas séjourné suffisament longtemps pour juger de leur renouvellement. Il y a eu une fuite sur le liquide refroidissement du Minibar (Odeur d'amoniaque), ce qui m'a réveillé à 5h du matin avec un sentiment d'insécurité (Feu, toxicité, ...). Ma chambre a été changée mais un petit mot d'excuses aurait été apprécié. |
