Big rooms Not a good location for the heart of the city. In the EU office area, so it's quite isolated during nights and weekends. Overrated - a 3-star hotel at best. |

Good staff, very helpful and kind. Good location within Luxembourg city. Beautiful atrium. Pleasant atmosphere in the rooms. Breakfast was too little value for money. I'd expect more flexibility in e.g. baking fresh pancakes. |

Das Hotel ist komfortabel ung günstig zu den EU Institutionen gelegen. Der Service ist sehr gut, die Restaurants sind etwas einseitig vom Angebot. Das Hotel hat einen überdachten Innenhof, in dem Abends Feste gefeiert werden. Dadurch ist es in den Zimmern zu laut, da nur eine Tür zwischen dem Schlafraum und dem Innenhof ist. |

Serviceniveauet hos personalet var helt i top og værelset var over al forventning, så en lidt kedelig beliggenhed med en byggeplads som nabo blev opvejet af fordelene. |

Grote binnenpatio omringd door twee restaurants en twee bars. Volgens info van booking.com zou een welkomstdrink worden aangeboden alsook een welkomstgeschenk op de kamer. Eerst bij navraag werd de welkomstdrink aangeboden en het welkomstgeschenk (chocolaatjes ?) zouden op de kamer worden gebracht. Dit laatste is echter niet gebeurd. In de info zou ook beter opgegeven worden dat steeds € 25 p/p voor ontbijt betaald moet worden. Het restaurant Oro y Argento is niet "de" top die wij ervan verwachtten en de prijs van € 200 voor twee personen (inclusief goedkoop flesje wijn van € 35) is ietsje aan de dure kant voor de aangeboden kwaliteit en gezelligheid. Hotel is te ver afgelegen van centrum Luxemburg. |

j'ai aimé la disposition de la chambre, le mobilier et la déco, ainsi que le confort du lit un détail mais j 'aurais aimé me détendre dans un bain au lieu de la douche! |

Ho apprezzato soprattutto la cortesia del personale ed il comfort della stanza. Il letto era veramente comodissimo. Buona la qualità del cibo a colazione mentre per il ristorante non posso dare giudizio poichè non ci ho mangiato. |

Top Hotel in punkto Sauberkeit und Service. Am Sonntagmorgen hatten wir ein top Frühstück und saßen von 10.30 Uhr bis 11.30 mit allen was ein Sonntagmorgen gehört. Es gibt kein Familienzimmer. Hatte bewust eine große Suite gebucht um mit zwei Kinder zusammen zu Übernachten. Dies ist dort nicht möglich. Habe dann Zweidoppel Zimmer buchen müßen. Als Entschuldigung von seitens des Hotel haben ich eine Suite zu preis eines Doppelzimmers erhalten. |

hôtel superbe, il manque pour une maison de cette classe la piscine !! le personnel le week end m' a paru jeune et sans grande compétence pas en rapport avec le standing de l'hotel, exemple : au bar de l'hôtel, on a commandé un cocktail standard que la personne a été incapable de réaliser correctement en plus l'attente a été longue : environ 20 minutes. de plus, nous n'avons pas eu le cadeau promis dans la réservation malgré notre relance pas eu !! |

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel dans le cadre d'un voyage d'affaires et il correspond tout à fait aux critères que je recherche dans un hôtel: situé à proximité de mes rendez-vous, confortable et calme. La facture a été libellée avec un nom et une adresse incorrecte. C'est la deuxième fois déjà. |
