clean large room, I love it! no large restaurent, although we can go to restaurents located inside of the hotel group nearby.

Trust me this hotel is very good for the quality & the price.Brand new room and well designd with nice modern furniture.Internet access is available with free.Room is always very clean and very comfortable to stay. small kitchen is equipped in the room and convenient for warming take away food.Hotel is not located in the center of Luxembourg but buss stop is nearby and easy to access to the center of city and also the big shopping center close to the hotel and also the airport.I definitely recommend this hotel to anybody as the cost performance is very good comparing to other hotels.Room service is not available but you can access to the nice restaurants in the Hotel Novotel just next door. No regret to chose this hotel. Not rally.Lots of people complain about the hotel breakfast quality.But this hotel offer free coffee and chocolate brownie in the lobby every morning .Also, there is a vending machine which is selling yogurt and sandwich and salad etc. So as the conclusion,I did not have any hotel breakfast but no inconvenience at all during my stay.

The helpful and pleasant staff at reception. The large suites which where very comfortable. The free internet, and the nice touch with the complimentary bottled water. The breakfast menu I didn't think was value for money, there is plenty of room for improvement in this area for the price maybe some boiled eggs or oatmeal especially in the colder months.

Booking.com shows the location of the hotel to be next to the Auchan shopping mall. In reality the hotel is about 4 kms further away (next to the Sofitel and Novotel). With a meeting at Auchan we booked the hotel for its next-door location. We were disappointed it was not. The advice is to always double-check with the hotel's website before making a reservtion.

The design of the room, the staff. The fire alarm started to ring in the night and last about 20 minutes and the staff didn't know why. It was fixed later on, but was horrible for the kids.

Very new, modern, family... Hard to find the way to get to the entrance. No entrance from the J. F. K. Avenue.

Spacious, well-equiped rooms. Nice bathroom. Separate toilet. Special kid's breakfast. Nice business hotel, but very good for families as well due to the comfortable size of the rooms (superior suite). Good value for money. Continental breakfast only.

We booked a family room, however the hotel had only received a booking fro two adults. After us realizing there was not enough space we went back to reception and were given a different room straight away. Very spacious! Very nice. The kids loved it. We were only stopping to rest half way on the way to Germany, but the kids said:" Can we come to Luxembourg again as the hotel is brilliant"

The interior design, the location were top notch There are extra charges for the breakfast but in fact nobody checks who takes the breakfast at the hotel itself so even without having paid for it you could have enjoyed it. Especially since the quality of the breakfast offering is very poor and certainly not worth the charge when compared to even the most basic offerings of cheaper hotels like best western or ibis or comparable.

We travelled to Luxembourg for the International Dog Show at the Luxexpo from Ireland with a very small child. We were delighted when we booked the hotel that it said that pets were welcome. ( Which we couldnt believe) To be honest this was an understatement they made our dog as welcome as we were and the local restaurant was the same. Very Pet Friendly. The staff were very friendly and helpful and as I only spoke English was very impressed that they did speak English as when I was in Luxembourg last year the hotel staff and I could not communicate. The room was clean and had outstanding facilites that we could use. Sink, Kettle, Microwave to name a few. We will be using this hotel for all our trips to Luxembourg. First Class Service with no compalints and would strong recommand them to everyone.

The rooms are very modern and impressive. It was good to be able to watch films. Everyone very helpful. A very nice place to stay for a weekend.

Near to city centre 20-30 min walk The sister hotel next door was much nicer had a restaurant and bar nicer furnishings.although super modern the room felt like I was sleeping at ikea

Excellent! Spotless and well designed rooms, great value for money. A little quiet over the weekends as it is located in the Kitchberg financial district in Luxembourg, but overall a great hotel to stay, would definitely recommend and stay at again.

Eccellent hotel! We booked a room in this hotel also because of the position (next to the bus stop which leads to the Frankfurt Airport) but the position indicated on the map doesn't correspond to the real position of the hotel (which is near the Sofitel and Novotel Hotels).

The convenience of parents sharing a (large) room with a teenager without privacy being compromised. Breakfast served until 11am, as well as the selection of breakfast items. Having a trio of Novotel, Sofitel and Suite Novotel in close proximity, with restaurant and bar available for all guests. The Carpark signposting was quite poor.
