The location of the hotel, close to everything important, nice breakfast, kind and friendly personell, clean and tidy room. TV to high above, not to comfortable bed. |

For its price is very good. Excellent location. Not to centralize nor far away from city centre If you have to check out very early in the morning it is better to do so the night before |

Nice rooms, Clean. Breakfast good. Table top in one room wasn't fastened to the base. Stair hand rail was broken, repaired after the weekend. Bathroom drain in one room not working, repaired after the weekend. Towel racks in both rooms were heated but could not get them to work. Hot water seemed to come and go. We left a bag of grocery items and some utensils near the closet on the floor and the cleaning staff threw it away?. |

De service. Het ontbijt. Het rolluik deed het niet de matrassen waren enorm hard. De schotel was niet aangesloten. De douch deed het maar matig. |

Staff gentile e disponibile. Hotel pulito e confortevole, buona colazione con discreta scelta di dolce e salato e bevande calde e fredde. Ottima posizione per visitare la citta' Mancanza di parcheggio per gli ospiti. Bagno un po' piccolo, ma funzionale. |

die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter,obwohl niemand Deutsch sprach und mein Englisch eher mässig ist haben wir uns verständigen können-die Einrichtung hat mir sehr gut gefallen-die Nähe zum Zentrum obwohl ich für zwei Personen gebucht hatte, haben wir nur zwei Handtücher vorgefunden( auch nach dem Wechsel der Handtücher) . Ein sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter hat das aber dann sofort erledigt. |

Sehr angenehm ist, dass es keinen dreckigen Teppichboden (wie in den meisten, auch sehr guten Hotel) gibt, sondern einen Steinfußboden. Auch wenn dieser etwas kalt war... |

La posizione é interessante per la possibilità di accedere, via bus, a praticamente tutte le zone della città. Ero in Lussemburgo per cercare casa, quindi ho apprezzato la posizione dell'hotel. |

Vriendelijk onthaal, lekker ontbijt, mooie ruime kamer. Uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit verhouding! Het was vervelend dat je af en toe het personeel in het andere Victor Hugo hotel aan de overkant van de straat moest halen. Een eenvoudig belsysteem zou dat probleem kunnen oplossen. |

L'accueil du personnel. Chambre très propre. L'état général de l'hotel. Le petit dejeuner J'avais reservé une chambre double et je me suis retrouvé avec une petite chambre avec lit simple. Le carrelage dans les chambres. |

Het is heel schoon en verzorgd ,het personeel spreekt goed engels,het ontbijt is ook heel uitgebreid en prima verzorgd. Wij hebben geen klachten over dit hotel. |

バス停、市内、スーパーにも近く便利でした。隣が交番というのも安心な点でした。部屋も清潔で、フロントの対応も親切でした。設備も整っていました。 部屋が1階だったからでしょうか、窓からの採光が一切なく、暗かったです（日中いないのでいいですが）。外に出るまでその日の天気が全く分かりませんでした。 |
