Everything. From the people, who don't jump at you like at other hotels, just an refreshingly polite, easy, friendly yet highly professional manner that is making me return to the area. No point of going into "cleanliness" as their standards are equal to their exceptional big brother next door, the Mondorf Parc Hotel, through which you can reach the spa. A nice bathrobe and bath slippers to use at the spa are provided, can't ask for anything else. Hope the snow lets up so I can get there later this week on my way back to the UK!

I felt very safe and the room was very nice with some additional items from the spa there. It was very clean and although I didn't have a balcony, the windows looked out to the park behind the hotel so it was a nice peaceful view. I was able to use the Fitness/Wellness Centre at the main Mondorf Hotel without additional charge and it was only a short walk outside in my gym clothes or the supplied bathrobe which I didn't mind even though it was winter. The staff were absolutely wonderful and very patient. They kindly printed out my additional travel bookings for me and were very helpful. I also enjoyed a massage at the spa, which was very relaxing. I chose to have the continental breakfast instead of the full buffet breakfast and it was also very good and reasonably priced at 9 Euros.

Excellently planned stay for even a last minute reservation, staff at hotel was prompt, polite, friendly and helpful (rare to get these together), which I suppose is made easy when the hotel and spa is so enjoyable! Though the spa itself was also included in the state's health system, lots of locals, we never felt crowded and though the parking lots seemed rather full, the hotel parking was practically right in front of the room. Originally we made our way through Luxembourg just for the lowest petrol prices in Europe and "duty free", now we'll plan a spa-over as well.

Just a few more signs indicating the hotel as I think the city council wants to keep the place as clean and clean-looking as possible...

Villa Welcome is an annexe of a larger 5 Star hotel, the facilities of which are available for Villa Welcome guests. Restaurants are superb, rooms very comfortable with all amenities. This is a class place set in very beautiful landscaped surrounds. The Town is also very beautiful with terrific gardens, fountains and streets. Highly recommended for a relaxing break, and a Casino nearby if you need some excitement

This place is close to perfect

Although i brought my reservation And showed it at THE reception one employee didnot want to help us And said there was no room available. This employee was very unfriendly because i presume he wanted to GO home. We arrived at 2300 o clock . The man was tall And > 50 years. Asked for his name, but did not understand it. The other mister ( nightshift) was very friendly And helped us right away. He was smal and weared glasses. Very polite, serviceminded. So we had bad experience with one of your members ( arrival 23 o clock at Friday 17th august) the nightshift was very good.

Very desapointed, no phone and no wifi, so thats bring a lot a problems! I am very very desapointed

Main likes were location which is close to our son and daughter-in-law. Cost was also important and I would put Villa Welcome about middle of the road budget wise.

Main issue was the creaky wooden floor. Although it was a beautiful looking floor, every time you moved it made a load noise. Very disturbing for the people underneath I know from our own experiences when we have been the ones below. Apart from that we found the hotel very nice, in a lovely park setting.

Villa Welcome is a small hotel belonging to the bigger Parc Hotel. The address is wrong, the right one is Avenue dr Ernest Felingen Arrived at the hotel at 8 pm, nobody eas answering the phone. I found a small note to go to ask at the Parc Hotel reception. My reservation was for 2 double bed room, what we get was 2 single room. During the night and for all night long the toilet was making noises. The door handle was not working properly, with the risk to be blocked inside of the room. at 9 am someone start knocking the door.. nobody outside. the breakfast with the room service was not the one i've ordered. and at the reception desk the only answer has been... nothing. much better choose one of the small hotel around,

The Spa is excetional although it lacked a place to swim laps. It was very relaxing. We did not use the exercise room.

The room was very small. Especially considering the price. We both banged our knees and feet every time we walked any where in the room.The advertisement is a bit misleading allowing the consumer to think the Welcome Inn is part of the Parc Hotel. It is a separte building (a re done chalet) although you check in at the Parc. Finding that all out was a bit frustrating. This room was small even by Eurpean standards. We will not re book.

-Qu'il y ait des hommes seuls dans le vestiaire mixte -il faudrait ne serait-ce qu'un sauna autorisé pour les personnes ne souhaitant pas être nu

slechte douchekop, water wordt niet goed verdeeld en de stralen zijn te hard. 's nachts veel lawaai als er iemand het gebouw binnenkomt en nog wat kasten open en dichttrekt op de kamer

aucune proposition pour le restaurant de l'hôtel réservation d'une table ? Mais le restaurant dolce vota était très bon

Infrastructure au top

l'établissement n'étais pas averti du changement de date d'arrivée, heureusement il y avait de la disponibilité. Petit déjeuner onéreux 20,50€ par personne pour la formule buffet et 8,50€pour la formule croissant

Le centre Thermal, évidement on allait pour ça.

er was opmerkelijk minder volk dan anders - desondanks stond het personeel bij het ontbijt constant met elkaar te praten met weinig oog voor de klanten - de koffie is en blijft slecht - 20.5 euro voor het ontbijtbuffet is echt veel te veel
