The hotel was well appointed and located. With such a cozy wonderful setting I would have preferred a different kind of music playing in the public areas (it was often loud techno music-- anything would have been better!) On the morning of our departure for the airport the hotel arranged a taxi-- in the process of loading bags-- one was placed into another vehicle we did not hire. We reached the airport without it and had to pay double. Was this an honest mistake or a scam that happens frequently? It marred our departure and left us wondering. |

i like this hotel cos is coisy small.and i like the antique everywhere,it look like fairytale home from the past century...i like that... everything was ok,stuff was nice,service was ok,but tv was and channel was a bit poor...but in general i like it ...i will visit there again |

The hotel was perfect for love holiday. Beautiful interior, comfortable big bed, nice rooms, friendly staff. The breakfast table could have been broader. If guests eated all (crepes, mozzarella-tomatos, delicious garlic breads..) there were nothing to fulfill. For example some cake/bun/bisquits to fill crepes place etc. |

The room (Ambience Suite) was amazing! All of it was very good really. There was a club nearby so on one of the nights, we couldnt get a good nights sleep until 5am. |

The location of this hotel allows to discover the old city very easily. The cosy ambiance which is due to the limited number of rooms. Friendly staff. The room amenities (tv set and fridge) need to be changed : my tv set was not working and the fridge was not a bit loud |

The location was excellent, a few mins walk to the heart of the city. The room we had was fabulous. The bar area & resturaunt area was very picturesque and the drinks were good value. Breakfast was presented beautifully and a good selection which all tasted great, Very friendly staff too Noise levels but closing the windows was perfect |

The personal attention and good humour of the staff Members of my party in rooms facing the street were sleep-deprived due to noise from revellers outside the night club opposite. I'd recommend booking a courtyard-side room. |

Very nice hotel just 5 minutes walking distance to the center of the old town of Riga. Staff was helpful and the breakfast was very decent. Next door is a restaurant with outdoor seating in the courtyard. In the evening, until 10 PM, rather lound music was played there. With closed windows this was not a big problem, as the rooms in Ainavas are equipped with A/C. |

Staff mostly very friendly and went out of their way to help, especially with our late arrival The enclosed garden area is good during waking hours but can be noisy and distrurbs sleep if other guests use late at night |

Big comfortable rooms , breakfast options.Dealt with problem with their error with booking and arranged alternative hotel for 3 nights. Regretably they didn't enter booking correctly and we arrived to find we were booked in for one night instead of 4. Would still recommend on service but they must tighten their booking procedures. |
