We really enjoyed the stay. It is excellent located, rooms are nice, breakfast was good. There is a bar next to the hotel, wich played loud music until 11pm. |

Large, well furnished room, comfortable bed, efficient air-conditioning. With an excellent location in the old town (perfect for sightseeing), it made a pleasant change from the usual standard chains of hotels. |

This was my second stay in this hotel during the last two years and I was happy to find out that the quality and comfort of rooms and service have remained, while prices have come down. The hotel is very conveniently located - in the heart of the old town, but also not far from the train station and has plenty of parking nearby and you can actually drive up to the very entrance, which some of the old town hotels can't offer. Certainly an excellent value for money. |

The location in the Old Town is very convenient and the rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, although the beds were a little hard. The dining area in the cellar is very charming and the breakfasts were very good, with lovely egg dishes cooked to order and a nice buffet of cold dishes (although some fruit and/or fruit juices would have made it even better). There is a very pleasant lounge area and courtyard near reception, and the elevator is a welcome addition, although there were still a few steps that we had to negotiate with our bags before we could actually reach our room. The room was listed as being suitable for up to three people but in fact the two double beds could easily have accommodated four of us (myself and three children) which could have saved us the price of a second room. We stayed 5 nights and the air-conditioning never worked effectively during that time. On 2 mornings, there was absolutely no hot water. I received a 10 per cent discount when I mentioned this to reception. The bottle of water in the room is very expensive (more than $A12) and should be provided free, especially since it is not recommended to drink the tap water. The window blind is not effective in blocking out the sunlight which streams in very early in the morning, so you can't sleep in and the room is hot and stuffy. |

The hotel was well appointed and located. With such a cozy wonderful setting I would have preferred a different kind of music playing in the public areas (it was often loud techno music-- anything would have been better!) On the morning of our departure for the airport the hotel arranged a taxi-- in the process of loading bags-- one was placed into another vehicle we did not hire. We reached the airport without it and had to pay double. Was this an honest mistake or a scam that happens frequently? It marred our departure and left us wondering. |

The hotel was perfect for love holiday. Beautiful interior, comfortable big bed, nice rooms, friendly staff. The breakfast table could have been broader. If guests eated all (crepes, mozzarella-tomatos, delicious garlic breads..) there were nothing to fulfill. For example some cake/bun/bisquits to fill crepes place etc. |

The location of this hotel allows to discover the old city very easily. The cosy ambiance which is due to the limited number of rooms. Friendly staff. The room amenities (tv set and fridge) need to be changed : my tv set was not working and the fridge was not a bit loud |
