Clean, modern, comfortable hotel in a relative proximity to the Old Town. Blues bar across the street was a great added value to nice evening. Free parking. Great price. Missed breakfast, i.e. can't comment :) Although parking is free it is outdoors behind the corner, i.e. on -20'C frosty morning we had hard time picking up the car. Shower curtains are missing. |

While stopping over for a flight the next day I went to this hotel I had spent a few days at before, convenient and fair priced for a pretty class place. All went well, except that I did not win at the casino nearby and while trying to do so lost a lot of what would have been good sleep in the pleasant room I had. |

It was nice time at the Albert Hotell. Receptionist (she) was very kind of us, because my daugther was sick and she got more time to stay our room. We left hotel p.m 5 o,clock, Thanks for her !!!! I am disapoint, because I asked receptionist to order taxi, he order taxi which take me and my dougther to tennis hall (Deglava street), the trip cost 10 lati and back same 10 lati. The taxi is not read, white or green colour. Next morning we done same trip to tennis hall with taxi (the taxi was read) the trip cost 5 lati and back to the hotell 6 lati. I am disapoint that receptionist use this kind of taxidrivers ? |

Very good location, professional staff, free Internet that works well, free parking. The staff was quick to provide an extra blanket. Breakfast was good (although not as good as at the Reval Hotels). The room had a lot of lighting options. Parking outdoors around the corner (not great in bad weather). The blankets are so short one would think they are meant for children! The striped theme is everywhere and thus seems a little overdone. The floors have no carpets, so the footsteps in the adjacent rooms can be easily heard. The shower has no door or curtain, so the water is all over the floor. Even though the floor is heated, it's still a big mess after showering. At breakfast, the music was too loud for those like me who prefer their mornings quiet. |

The reception was efficient and friendly. The breakfast was OK. The room was good and offered free Wifi. (I do not like hotels that charge fro Wifi). I like a bath. The shower was not particularly great. I would like the choice of room with bath or shower. |

I like the cleanliness of the hotel. I enjoyed the mini bar facility and wi fi connection. The staff were friendly and helped me on a daily basis with many different requests. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced, good wine, nice surroundings. Sometimes it felt a bit too perfect! I asked the cleaners to leave my room alone, it was perfect...! |

Lobby and restaurant was large, staff was frendly, car parking and internet were free. Breakfest was fair and included in room price. There was some kind a hum from time to time during the night, like compressor was working... |

I liked that I was not disturbed by the hotel staff at all and did nit hear the neighbors either. The room price was reasonable, location good, the elevator worked perfectly, more than enough towels. The hotel staff at the reception was indifferent and cold, no smiling, just working because they had to work, chatting with each other, not efficient, but not impolite either. I asked for a quiet room and got a room facing the building site... Fortunately it was still quiet at night time, more quiet than the rooms facing the street. The shower´s mixer did not work properly. |

Good location, nice view from the top floor bar, friendly staff (this really is something exceptional in Riga), cleanliness, free private parking close to the hotel. There is nowhere to park in front of the hotel even for a very short time - we got fined during the 5 minutes that we spent going into the hotel and getting driving directions to a nearby private parking lot. |
