Albert Hotel  

The hotel is particularly well-located if you want to see main Riga's art nouveau attractions - famous Albert and Elizabetes streets. Apart of this, the hotel is modern, the area is quiet (sleeping quality), breakfast is rich enough (hot meals), staff is friendly. Finally, the hotel has something special - good idea of exploring Einstein's citations and relativity theory

I chose the hotel based on the location, just a block away from the venue of the event I attended. The hotel itself it quite new and features a lovely sky bar with views of the entire city. All in all, great value for money.

Service was very mediocre, front desk staff clearly did not find my reservation made via Booking.com in their system but would not admit that - check-in took good 15min. Upon departure they were also trying to charge more than agreed rate due to double occupancy, good thing I had a copy of my reservation where it clearly stated I had booked a double room for two people. As noted in the Likes, I still think it's good value for money, but it's a shame that human factor tainted what could have otherwise been a perfectly pleasant experience.

Ideally situated but only for my business meeting, not far from the tourist locations but a bit out of the centre. Nice, quiet location. Lovely, friendly staff and good value for money.

Jam packed full of tourist on coach parties and the facilities (lifts, reception, restaurant etc) simply can't cope at certain periods, if you can avoid these then it won't be a problem but, if you have fixed appointments, be prepared to miss breakfast!

The best breakfast I ever had in any hotel, wide selection and soooo tasty food, plus really nice backround music!!!! The hotel, restoran and bar staff was professional, helpful and friendly (I visit Latvia very often and it is really not common to get friendly service with smile). Thank you and good luck!

The restaurant (not run by the hotel) provides a good breakfast, but before having dinner there check out the 'music'. For me, too loud and the style was repetitive to the point of mental torture. I left early.

Rised the price in hotel after booking

Nice view from terrace restorant on 11th floor of hotel to the Riga. Relative good location and breakfast as well.

One of the best price/quality ratios in Riga. In the centre, clean and comfortable rooms, decent breakfast and good price.

Great location for me and good breakfast

Nice and clean hotel and very convenient location. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The only negative thing was the room which was very small therefore the value of money for such a room was not the best.
