Low quality private hotel far from city center. Cheap furniture and bathroom.

I like the location. Staff very friendly. Good price.

Stayed here many times and always come back for good value, service and low latency fast internet. Good breakfast and big rooms with table. Evening teas and biscuits. Just outside the hotel there is bus stop which brings you to and from Old town in just 20 minutes.

Everything was good. We stayed here for the second time and we would choose this hotel again.

Internet is horribly slow or almost zero.

Huge clean and nice modern room. Breakfast nothing special, but it is inclusive and for 30 EUR rate in the main season you can t expect miracles. Staff members at the desk friendly and helful. Location in quiet street without any noise. Two stops to big shopping mall. Hotel is not in the city centre, but approx 20 - 25 min by public transport. Stop is just round the corner. Trollibus, Bus or Tramway are going every few minutes. Ratio Price/Quality is very good then.

On good location near to the main road from Pärnu, easy to go to the old town and center by bus. We had chosen a little better room with ac, that was good because we had really summerweather.

We were there only one time, but we are very impressed by this hotel. Especially the lady, the owner, was very friendly and always ready to help us with great patience. We are much surprised also at the language ability because she speak many languages very well and we have no problems to communicate. We got a lot of useful information of the city and spent a very pleasant and unforgettable trip in this city as well as the hotel. We are surly book the hotel next time to visit Riga.

Good value for your money. Room was spacious and nice. Location is good when travelling by car, very easy to get to city centre by bus. Breakfast was simple but ok.

It was a bit strange that there is no night shift for the reception workers. If you come to the hotel after midnight the receptionist comes open the door straight from bed. It was kind of awkward.

With friendly staff, peaceful location, clean rooms and a great price the Annabella was just what we were after. Although the hotel is a fair distance from the centre of Riga, there is a frequent bus service from just around the corner. Good breakfast, free tea and biscuits during the evening and knowledgeable hotel staff meant we really enjoyed our stay. Riga has so much to offer - when we return we will definitely use the Annabella again.

Siistit ja tilavat huoneet. Olimme suitessa ja double-huoneessa kummassakin yhden yön. Auton sai parkkiin ihan viereen. Ostoskeskus Alfa 900 metrin päässä. Bussit vanhaan kaupunkiin menivät melkein vierestä.

One of the girls in reception was exceptionally unprofecional and rude. The other one with shorter hair was nice and friendly. Sauna oli lämmitetty sataan asteeseen eikä löylyämpäriä ollut missään. Käykää katsomassa ensin sauna ennen kuin varaatte sen.

Not allowed to bring guests into room. Only allowed to stay with them downstairs in the reception area until 23.00.

Clean.

No air-conditioning. Poor ventilation. Although there was not hot outside, there was really stuffy in the room. A fan was missing.

Hotel rooms are clean and spacious.

Reading previous reviews I was expecting the hotel to be at a pretty scary location. It is not so. It is surely quite at a distance from the city centre, but the district where it is located is tranquil and quite nice. Riga/s main Brivabas Boulevard leading to the very center is nearby, so absolutely no problem to get to the centre, especially if travelling by car.

Staff was great, location was very good for us, car had secured parking place, room was very clean

Could be some hot buffet for breakfast as well

Thanks for two Olga, one Liga and Lena in reception. You make the visit enjoyable. Taxi waiting in airport with my name was well organized as well :-)

The feeling in surrounding of hotel is not the best one. At weekend I felt a liffle unsecure.

Good place to stay if travelling by car, easy to find, quiet neighborhood a bit outside, next to Alfa shopping center. We had a very good night sleep with open windows, it was very quiet. Nice crispy bedlinen. Room had perfectly clean bathroom with good shower. Very tasty fresh breakfast was served in the morning. Friendly and helpful staff. Tea with cookies, they offered us by arrival at 6 PM was very nice touch. Excellent value. Will saty there again and can suggest to others.

Вежливый персонал,чисто,аккуратно,удобное расположение,вкусный завтрак,пусть и неразнообразный.

Уютный, тихий, чистый отель, приятный персонал, отличное соотношение цена/качество и удобно ездить в аквапарк, Юрмалу, Сигулду, Цесис на своей машине, разумеется. До центра 6 км. Заявлено, что отель не работает с 01 до 07 утра, а мы простояли на границе в Шумилкино 11 часов и приехали в гостиницу в 2 ночи, нас без вопросов пустили, заказали пиццу и сделали чай(правда не сразу). В целом все достойно.

Отель не работает с 01 до 07 утра, может быть неудобно кому-то. В номере нет зеркала, есть маленькое в ванной и с моим ростом я видела только голову))

Отзывчивый, доброжелательный персонал. В номере чистота и порядок. На завтрак разные виды сыров, ветчины, фрукты, чай, кофе, кексы. Бесплатная парковка. Рядом торговый комплекс.

Находится отель далеко от центра. На общественном транспорте 20-25 мин езды

от старого города 20-25 мин на автобусе, городской транспорт ходит часто. завтрак средний, нет горячего, но и голодным не останешься. цены на питание в иное время более чем привлекательные и ассортимент большой, про качество ничего сказать не могу, не пробовал. задвоился заказ при бронировании, деньги вернули на рецепшн.

в номере при заселении был очень сильный запах табака, при том что в отеле предусмотрен штраф за курение в номерах
