We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We booked the room that included dinner. The food for both breakfast and dinner is very nice, well-decorated and delicious. The location is superb! It is just opposite the main train station and right behind the bus stop for the bus to the airport.

- Location - Breakfast! - Friendy staff - Free dinner! - Trams/Trains in front of hotel can be bothersome if you leave the window open. During the night it is quiet though.

It's located near the 'old city', room was clean, staff was very helpfull and friendly. There was no kettle and tea in the room - very strange for a 4-star rated hotel. There was also no spounge for shoes.

Ease of access from coach or train station, and well located for the old town. Good size room. Drab foyer, polite staff but not helpful, offer of dinner as part of the package - but a special very limited menu. Breakfast very ordinary. I would rate as low 4 star, and it was expensive for that level.

Good location just on the edge of Old Town next to the shopping mall, clean and comfortable. I was very nicely surprised by free dinner voucher which was delicious. I do recommend this hotel to everyone. Poor choice of TV channels.

Clean hotel good value for money very close to all aminties- tram train local tours very short walk to Riga old town we got food vouchers for dinner on each nights stay for free was a nice suprise Mix up with emails which were not made clear and not replied to to ensure clear response food vouchers can be booked md paid for online booking but were given to every person staying so glad we didn't pay for them prior to coming

Good restaurant No towels in the room, terrible soft beds, old smelling blankets, dirty carpet, no plug on desk, no shower head, no SPA although booking.com categorizes so, only a barber shop

Excellent customer service and ideal location on edge of Riga Old Town. Our rate through booking.com included buffet breakfast and 2 course dinner and I have never had better value for money. Highly recommended.
