Localização e conforto, apesar das dificuldades em se operar o ar condicionado / calefação, e da TV a cabo estar inoperante nos 04 dias que passamos no hotel. Nos foi informado que o equipamento receptor do sinal da operadora foi danificado no hotel durante chuva forte e assim permaneceu. Acesso a internet gratuito porém deficiente e inoperante nas habitações localizadas nos andares mais altos. |

The hotel was in a super great location! We couldn't have asked for better!! One tip, our GPS tried to get us to the hotel by the Old Town, which was not possible, so approach it from the ring road side; plus that is where the parking is. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was nice and rooms sound-proofed. They also had an extra bed already pre-made for our daughter. The decor in the rooms seemed a little dated, and could use a make-over; but don't let this deter you from the hotel...it was nice, clean, and comfortable. We would stay here again for sure! |

Perfect location, next to Old Town and my business meetings. Secure underground garage. Clean, quite, relaxing hotel. Perfect roof terrace bar on 6th floor with a superb panorama of church towers with golden roosters. Free wireless internet in whole hotel. Perfect air-coditioning |

The staff is very friendly, helpful and we get lot of information what we can see and do in Riga. New, very clean and central located hotel with excellent breakfast and very delicious season cakes. Modern design with lot of pictures, lamps, panorama elevators. And the summer roof terrace with panorama of Old Town towers - it's a real romantic experience! We really enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant, bravo to chef! The prices are cheaper as in the city, but the service, look and taste perfectly. We will return with our friends at the Avalon Hotel definitely |

On the edge of Old Riga, and also close to the market and shopping. Very nice breakfasts as well Air conditioning unit was too noisy (and ineffective) |

room service stops working at 23.00 . i was arriving at 01.00 at night and had nothing to eat. Only nuts and peace of chocolate from the mini bar. |

My 2 yrs child got high fever, and our check out time was prolonged, because our flight left in the evening. Very nice, helpful and understanding staff, they did more than I could even believe was possible. Also the restaurant came along, and were helpful. Their English is very well spoken. Straight connection from Riga airport to the hotel, with city bus 22 - so easy! The outside of the hotel, didn't look like an expensive hotel, but inside was alright. Two things were missing in the hotel, a child potty and a chair, in the bathroom for my child to stand on when washing hands. I had to carry her. Luckily, my kid recently has learned to "do" on grown up toilet, when needed. But, they did have a baby cot for her, free of charge as I asked for it! |

the location was very good, just in the middle of old and new town of Riga. The hotel is very new, so also very clean and fresh the only thing what I hated , was the atmosfeer in the hotel, when you came back later the evening from dinner the lights everthing was off in the hotel. So you always entered a dark hotel. |

Nice clean rooms, quiet. At the end of the stay, the reception forgot to charge one room (out of 5), although we remembered here that we had to pay 5 rooms. After one day, we got an email with the question to pay the remaining room. Because one of our friends forgot his swimming pants, I asked them to charge my cc for the 200 euro of the room and asked them to send the swimming pants. |

We found the reception staff to be extremely friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help us. The same appies to the bar tender who worked in the lobby bar on the evening of the 14th March- he was very friendly and polite. Our room was very clean and the whole hotel too. We will definately stay in this hotel again. |

Nice new hotel, the interior reminded of cruise boat. Clean, quiet, nice staff. The surrounding blocks of the Old Town were in crappy condition. |
