Location, friendly staff

Creepy Russian men in black jackets hanging out in the lobby all the time (including late evening). Paid 4.5/face for breakfast, but prices in the menu are much less expensive (could have spent 5€ for 2 of us)
Right next to the bus station and really close to old town. Fairly cheap for 1 night stay if you need to crash somewhere before catching a bus/plane/train next morning

Staffs seems not very friendly when I checked-in
The location was really good, just 3-5 minutes walk from the bus station and train station. The central market was just out of the door. The wifi was good.

The hotel is near the local market, at night the stalls are empty and strange people gather in the semi dark alleys... Not very comforting Wifi is very slow
I was only for a few hours before taking a bus to Vilnius. The hotel is 70 M&S away from bus station. the staff was friendly, spoke English and gave me indications when asked. The hotel has been recently renewed, the rooms are big

This hotel located in the market-place. The district is horrible. There a lot of drunk people and in the evening unsafe to walk alone.
