Frühstücksleistung war gut. Der edle Spa-Bereich ist für Gäste nicht frei nutzbar. Selbst der Basisbereich (mit Schwimmbad und Sauna, welche in Sachen Optik und Komfort selbst den Ansprüchen an ein städtisches Schwimmbad in den 90er Jahre nicht genügen würde!) ist nur zwischen 7:00 und 11:00 für Gäste frei zu nutzen. Danach 10-15 € für zwei Stunden. Die Hotelbereiche B und C sind eine Zumutung. Völlig unansehnliche und abgewrackte, weiß gekachelte 60er-Jahre Bauten, Zimmer teils im Souterrain mit Blick auf Erdhügel. Am Strand für Hotelgäste Liegen 5 € zzgl. Matte 5 € zzgl. 1,5 € für ein Badetuch. Angesichts der Übernachtungspreise eine Unverschämtheit. Frühstückssaal viel zu klein. |

Room was clean. We booked a non-smoking double and were given a Twin smoking and we're not very helpful and would not change the room. |

A fantastic world class hotel. English speaking staff. Very helpfull. Right on the beach. My girlfriend enjoyed the spa treatments.Overall this is a top class resort hotel. Spotless clean comfortable air conditioned room. great value for money. A true 5 star luxury hotel at a 4star price. Highly reccommended. We will be back here again for sure and we will be recommending it to our friends. |

The service was great..the lady in reception was very kind to propost beter room,for the same price..the meal also very good..thank you for all.. I didnt like one think,that the swiming pool you let us to use yust another day of my staytment from 9.00 untill 11.00..I think its not normal..first time I see this in hotel of 5*.. |

We had a pleasant stay there. Prices are very good, specially at the SPA centre. Restaurant Il Sole very cozy and the food - perfect! We stayed at a Coral room with a park view. Next time could spend a little more to have a balcony. |

The breakfast was very good and it was so easy to go for mornong swim to the sea. The service at the beach was very very good. chairs and also table if needed for drinks were carried with no dealay. |

The staff was over the top with attention to the guests. The massage-spa facilities were very good. Though my room was very good, some of the rooms where my friends stayed need paint, same quality room. In some rooms there were corrections to hide flaws but the corrections were a different shade. |

Good service on reception, good breakfast, good parking, decorated inner yard, close to the see. For 2star room price (special offer 45eur) we got nice 3 star room in 5star hotel carpet smells cleaning detergent, but it was very clean:) |

Location next to beach is excellent For some reason our room had been given away. A couple travelling with us, and who booked their room at the same time as we did, got the superior room, we got standard. Our standard room ,compared to the superior, was disappointment, we got only 15€ price reduction. It kind of blew first day of holiday. :( |

Choosing the hotel in Latvia, I did not expect such great level of the SPA resort. On arrival I was upgraded to the fantastic, just reconstructed room with the terrace! The seaview was amazing! Really good breakfast with the seaview, nice swimming pool. I will certainly come back with my husband for the holidays next months. |

Food in all the restaurants is excellent, location is idyllic and amazing, staff unsurpassed, facilities excellent. Lovely in both summer and winter. Very difficult to better. Some of the staff should be more trained for English, though superb specialists. |
