Apartments,desk and room service were very good. As for the position at the seaside - perfect. Service in the water pipe bar wasn't good. To tell the truth, water pipe was awful. In the suite apartments no drinking water was offered free of charge!!! I am disappointed.

Staff very efficient and always smiling and responsive. Food good and general ambiance made an unforgettable stay The swimming pool is a bit dated, particularly the showers, there is no tv in the bedroom of the suite.

Great location in Jurmala within walking distance from the Baltic Beach and the main shopping street. I like the spa treatments and the relaxing atmoshpere of the spa sun lounge after the massage treatment. It offers complimentary tea and coffee for guests.

I liked its location - exactly on the seashore. Our room had a balcony and view on the sea. Breakfast was perfect! Very tasty and various. Staff was very polite and high-qualified. They did everything in time. Guys on reception were very nice and helpful. Thanks! The girl on spa reception wasn't very polite and nice. Maybe because it was early morning...

No complains about service. Be careful!!! Hotel charged double for accomodation: from guaranteed card and from card of the guest. We found occasionally and still trying to get money back. 2 weeks already passed!

There is nothing to like about the hotel but the location. Everything else is a crap and fraud. I would really like to see eyes of a person who signed their 5-star-hotel certification. Please avoid at all means unless you want to ruin your stay in beautiful Jurmala and get nothing for the high price they charge. I travel a lot around the world and it is definetely not a 5 star hotel, maybe 3-. Room was booked but was not available on arrival, security speak only Russian and is not friendly at all, toilet in a room smells like hell, carpet is dirty, breakfast is awfull (E.G. instead of juice you get some chemical powder with water, meat is standing for hours just on a table without any fridge or even ice, no choice at all), hotel urgently needs renovation. It is a trap for Russian tourists who don't know what a hotel should look like, no European would accept this crap.

Jūrmalos miestelis, viešbučio vieta. Labai nepatogi lova, nepavyko išsimiegoti dvi naktis iš eilės. Viešbučio baseinas ir pirtis tikrai neatitinka 5*. Kainos ir kokybės santykis labai prastas.

Услужливый персонал, отличная кухня, прекрасный SPA комплекс, удобное расположение. Экстерьер отеля требует реновации, безусловно высокая цена по отношению к отелям такого класса в Риге.

Spa't som inte ingick var en positiv upplevelse! Dålig information om att spa kostade extra pengar och måste bokas i förväg. Väldigt låg standard på rummen, luktade unket och är verkligen inte 5-stjärniga!. Frukostbuffen var under all kritik!! Kommer aldrig boka om baltic beach igen!

Хорошая кухня, приличный Spa. Рядом море. Очень старые номера, требующие капитального ремонта. Жили в 5-ти звездном корпусе. Номера не соответствуют заявленному уровню!

Хорошая инфраструктура, рестораны, много разнообразных программ для SPA, прекрасный банный комплекс. Не плохие номера разряда 5*(для Юрмалы), прекрасные завтраки. Высокий ценовой уровень, в отношении таких же отелей, например в Риге.

номер 801. маленький, тесный, кровать маленькая. Не для двух человек, второго одеяла нет. только один стул. Мы звказывали улучшенный номер на двух чедовек с балконм а нам предложили какую-то клетушку на полтора человека. Стандартный номер на 6 этоже намного лучше и посторнее и кровать большая

Lugnt och fridfullt. Bra frukost och god mat i Il Sole. Framför allt närheten till stranden och havet och sköna promenader. Dåligt med avställningsytor i rummet, inga krokar att hänga blöta kläder, badrockar, blöta jackor o.s.v. Så tycker jag att det skulle finnas en jacuzzi i samband med bassängen. Inte en trappa ner med betalning. Och badmössorna ett kapitel för sig. Störande med musiken överallt, i hissen, vid frukosten, i receptionen.

Хорошее расположение в центре Юрмалы, близость к ресторанам у Дзинтари холла и пешеходной Йомас. Прямой выход на пляж и отличный вид на сосны, дюны. Хоть и начала сентября, но уже осень..
