Baltpark  

Very clean and cosy (in November), balcony rooms available for smokers. Food and service excellent. This is our second stay at Baltpark and cannot fault it. Ideal hotel for short city break, breakfast adequate.

Distance from City centre could be a problem for some, but public transport excellent. Tea/Coffee making facilities would be a great addition.

Bad smell. First room was very smoky, even though it was written that it's not allowed to smoke in rooms on our reservation. Then we got the other room, which was not much better in smell. Open windows did not help. Otherwise, it was OK for one night stay.

Very good location if you travel by car.

Really cheaper and better than other hotel. Free wifi in the rooms, huge bathroom with hairdryer, very nice staff......Breakfast are included and really complete. There is an excellent cheap restaurant in the hotel, and the food is the best I've ever taste =) (I advice you to taste the salmon, it is wonderfull!) On the top of the hotel, you have access to a smoker covered place, and you have a wonderfull view on Riga. You have also a jacuzzi, hamam & chicha bar (but extra paid)

More than 2km from the city center. The street of the hotel and others around are really poor. The access to the spa & jaccuzzi cost 50LAT (= 80€) for 3 hours!

Hotel is lokated in very noisy street. Was too hot in the room (it was warm october, but radiators were very very hot), but we couldn’t open the window because the noise. We couldn’t sleep in the night.

Nothing special, the hotel corresponds with its price level.

Nice, small hotel with good price vs. quality. Breakfast was OK. Rooms were clean and spacious. Hotel staff was friendly. Some of the rooms had a balcony which was a nice addition.

Soundproofing was not so good, we could hear some other guests speech and laughing through the air conditioning canal. Water pressure was bad, in the other room we couldn't use the shower because there was not enough pressure to push the water up. Location was a bit far from the main station and there was actually nothing to see around the hotel.
