Quiet and peaceful location, the competency of the staff and their commitment to help a traveler from the USA, the excellent restaurant, lakeside setting, and the natural beauty of the location are just some of the pluses. An excellent place to stay. On several occasions other guests had dogs, some quite loud. The smell of the dogs and their barking just do not go with the very nice atmosphere, ambiance of the hotel. However, at no time did the dogs prevent us from having a good night's rest. |

the breakfast was delicious and the menu varied - very nice! The staff was very helpful and polite and welcoming. The restaurant food was delicious; great to have a good restaurant so close since there aren't many in the area. Menu should include some vegetables with each dish. Prices are not that low and should include some vegetables or a small salad. Consider having adapters for your international travelers to use. Is there a reason wash cloths are not provided - how does one wash one's face without these? |

Loved the lake shore placement, but still very close to the Ryga old town (15 min by car) Nice big room, very nice furniture. Had no problem for dog staying together. Lovely restaurant. Excellent food and service. We had just visiting dog show, so no time for spa... A bit closer to the road, than we expected. No bathtub in the room, only shower.. wireless Internet could be better coverage. |

Liked everything with the hotel! The restaurant and bar was closed for us who stayed at the hotel since someone booked it. I think that isn't ok considering the hotels location far away from alternatives. We had to take a taxi downtown for dinner. |

I stayed only one day therefore it's difficulte to give some coment. But I was very pleased! Some little thing - a collatera chair in the room. But this rekvest is not so important. Everything was excellent! A lot of thanks! |
