The reception staff were friendly, helpful,and efficient. It was very clean comfortable and walm even though temps outside of -12. I had a good choise for breakfast. It is very near the Riga Airport which you could not hear, and offers a free shuttle to the airport.

A different bed cover might help as when made up there was only one blanket on the bed but with others in a cupboard not a real problem.

To my oppinion they forgot to clean the shower, I guess this happens ones in a while, so no harm done.

Very good option to stay for a night between the flights. Clean and spacious rooms, everything is quite new and comfortable. The hotel is located in quiet place just in 5 minutes of drive from the airport and they provide free transfer. We had an early flight and they opened the restaurant for us at 5 a.m. and provided full early breakfast with warm food. Anytime I'm at Riga airport - I will definitely choose this hotel- they provide all the services that I need. Even if the price is a bit higher than of some other hotels nearby - free transfer and full breakfast make it work. Strongly recommend

That's the case when I have nothing to complain about. It's not the stylish fancy hotel - but it's really good airport option

I was very pleased! The Staff was very helpful. They are very good at what they do, and friendly and efficient. I wish all hotels were as well run as this one is. The location is perfect for taking a car to other areas in the region and close enough to Riga, a short cab ride from the center. And the food was good too!

If you have to spend a night near the airport then the position of the hotel is ideal. Though it is still quiet. The room is large, clean and practical. The breakfast is rich.

The staff was not so friendly. It was a surprise because the young Latvian staff used to be extremely friendly. There is no elevator. It is hard to find the hotel even if you have GPS.

Location in case you go by car, close to motorway, close to Jurmala

The poorest breakfast I've ever had! 1 type of bread, 1 type of fruits (orenges), 1 type of confection or dessert, 3 types of cheese, 1 type of becon (cold), coffee, tea, 2 types of juices, 1 salad, omellette, pinckles and it is all!!!! No suasages, no roasted becon, no salad, no tomates, no standard european breackfast menu at all!! Dirty bathroom, poor equipment of the room: low-price soap, no any standard things for 3* hotel in bathroom and in the room I was completely disapointed of this hotel. I never check reviews about hotels under Best Western brand, but after this stay I will have to do it each time...

The hotel was very comfortable and perfect for our needs. We had an early flight and needed a location close to the airport. The breakfast was prepared for us at 4 a.m.! The shuttle service was excellent.

The room above us had noisy people.Next time we would ask for a second floor room.

Our non-smoking room was a little smelly and window didn't open

It was very clean. The reception staff was helpful, friendly and efficient. The hotel is very near the Riga Airport. They had a great breakfast ready at 4:30 am, and a free shuttle to the airport.
