I liked everything about the hotel. Its really a nice hotel for tourist and also for business trips. very central. Quiet at the same time. A great view of 2 cathedrals from the room.

Location! Right in the heart of the old city, making it easy to walk everywhere. Helpful staff,

Sometimes couldn't get air conditioning to work, so had to open window. Amenities folder: no stationery, no list of local restaurants.

Very quiet and nice place to relax.. will be back soon

Everything in riga is wonderful,

people on the other side of the river (around masqava area) are a little bit cautious and cold.

Clean and cozy rooms, variety of tasty food for breakfast, nicely designed modern bathroom.

The personnel was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping did good job, our room was clean and tidy. Breakfast with sparkling wine was tasty as well as the lunch buffet in the hotel's restaurant. Location in Old town is excellent, you can easily walk around.

Our room on the 2nd floor facing the street was a bit noisy in the night time. Airconditioning is not powerful enough. If two people have showers, the window needs to be opened to get rid of the warm humidity. Hotel's beautiful cocktail bar closes quite early.

Staff was friendly and room was very bright.

Far too much noise from surrounding bars until early morning. We curtailed our stay as a result.

Great location right in the center of Old Town Riga. Fast and easy check-in, friendly staff, free wifi. Breakfast was very good with good selection of fruit and vegies.

It's the second time I've stayed here so that can't be bad. I would stay again if I came to Riga Excellent location for Old town, bus and train station etc. etc. I had to leave for the airport before breakfast opened but they brought me something to my room.

Access to bath/shower controls difficult - you have to get into the bath to operated them ! (room 503) Slight noise from street - ok in winter but in summer can get quite noisy. So if you're a light sleeper ask for a room not overlooking the street. Having the bill 'deducted' from my bank account about 2 weeks before I arrived at hotel !

Large room with floor heating in the bathroom which was extremely nice!

The breakfast was maybe not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel but still very good.

Loved the design of the rooms. Very welcoming, comfortable and the hotel in general had good facilities and was really clean. The location is excellent and you really are in the heart of everything.

There was nothing nice enough about this hotel to merit another stay.

This hotel is terribly loud. We didn't sleep at all the entire time we were there. Most rooms face the street which is filled with night clubs that blast music/noise until 4-5:00 am. Our bathroom was very poorly designed.

The hotel had everything we needed including tea/coffee in the room and all toiletries in the bathroom! Ice was also available upon request.

Overall the staff were rather unfriendly!

I had the spacious suite with two rooms at fifth floor - very pleasant and nice view over the roofs!

Loud music till late in the evening from bar vis-a-vis at other side of road!

We initially stayed 2 nights and then returned for a further night.

just some small things - a bit cold in the room (compensated by warm floor in the bathroom) and low wi-fi speed (but signal is very good, took even outside of hotel)

Hotel is well located. I had a very large room which was comfortable and the bathroom is well equipped and warm. Breakfast is fine if nothing special. Free wifi, works fine.

The sound-proofing is not great both between rooms and to street. In the summer it must be impossible to sleep since already in late winter the street was noisy. So I'd recommend to ask for a room at the back.

The location was great, wifi worked well. Many good bars and restaurants close by. Parking avaliable around the corner for a fair price.

Some noise from the street during the night

Very clean, spacious rooms, big TV, safebox in room, minibar. The bed was wide and soft but rather short. I think it won`t be comfortable for person with hight more than 1,8m. Breakfast quite various and tasty.

They have blocked money on my credit card in LVL, they same sum, but not in euro. 1 LVL=1,4 euro. Waiting for moneyback. That`s a bit noisy in front of hotel due to the night pub, it was fighting at the night we were staying there.
