Very bad light in the room, uncomfortable position of the sink and the the shelf below the mirror in the bathroom: it's unpossible to wash the face between so closely placed things.

It's a very comfortable,clean & beautiful place to stay in!tasty breakfast,pleasant staff that will answer all your questions & wonderfull rooms,with convenient location-not far from the center!

Some cold in the room (the problem with windows)

Location as it was just 5 min walk to our teaching location. big spacy room that was quiet due to inside spacing windows. breakfast was better than just simple coffee and bun, but could have been better selection of fruits, and other foods.

hot water was not constant - running hot then warm then cold in 3-5 min periods. dont know what was that all about. too much cleaning smell in the hallways :))

Old furniture, unfriendly staff who does not speak english, cold room. I was forced to pay 0,60 LVL by the credit card for an envelope for one single letter :-)))) Notice : In 4 stars should be papers and envelope on the room auomatically and for free. EURos are not accepted in hotel!

Comfortable rooms and beds. Spacious and warm. Sofa and chairs. Heated bathroom floor. Extremely quiet - just what we asked for.

Shower not enclosed and unable to get hot water late in the evening. A little chilly because of it not being enclosed. 'Ticking' heating system - cant be helped but a little irritating when trying to sleep.

Couldn't find any socket in my bedroom (315) to plug in my phone to charge - had to use the one in the bathroom above the hairdryer - so not ideal. Other rooms had sockets behind the desk, just not mine

At the check in they asked to fill the paper form and to write down the credit card number; The double bed was 2 twin beds just pushed together without any fastening and without a common mattress; Bad quality of breakfast - slices of cheese and sausages, pastries weren't fresh, grilled marrows were bitter; souce in souce tabs was stale

Good breakfast, big room, everything nesessary in the room including hairdryer, minibar and shower gel. Location in the city center, so you can see not only the old city, but many beautiful buildings in the center. Close enough to the railway station, about 15 minutes walking to the old city.

It seems sometimes she forgot to vacuum the floor... One time she leaved the trash in the bag in the room.

The price. We booked it for 30 euros with breakfast- the prize is amzaing considering the location is almost central. Also the breakfast was very good. For the price we were willing to get only bread and cheese, but there was everything you need- freshly baked eggs, pancakes, local herbs tea etc. The girl on check out was very caring and well working. I think if I would get the same price- I would come again. If price would be even 15euros bigger- I would choose other place.

We were waken up at 7 am by noise. There is no noise isolation. You can hear and feel every step of the people walking the floor above your room. It also didn't seem spotlessly clean, but not dirty too- quite ok.

I actually liked everything - staff, service, prices and even their breakfast. The location is a bit far from the typical scenic places, but one can get to the city center roughly in 15 min of slow walk.

I liked that it was clean, that my room was quite big, and that the hotel loooked nice overall.

The service at the desk was very kind. Good internet access, for free and in the room. Spacious room and bathroom.

Coarse interior design. Dim light. Breakfast at 7:00 is not true. They open ~7:10. Mineral water in the room 3LVL/bottle seems to be a mistake.

Everything was perfect.

1) Biggest room I have ever stayed in a European 3* Hotel. There is an american kitchen on the hall (whose size is as big as many hotel rooms), and a very large bedroom and bathroom. 2) Floor heating in bathroom. 3) Very clean rooms 4) No noise. 5) Staff is really friendly. They make a discount for my phone bill. 6) Breakfast is very satisfying.

1) Location is a bit far from the city center. You can walk within 20 minutes, or take trams and reach to the center within 5 minutes. So it is not a problem.

The smokers right outside the main entrance was a problem

Enough close to city center and clubs. Good price if you go with a friend, quality is good if you consider the hotel just to have a rest. Breakfast is open until 11am. Breakfast could be considered a good point. but food served not so much good quality (5/10). Better have a own breakfast where you desire, and continue to sleep also over the 11am, but you need to pay it anyway. Staff polite and always present.

A bad point is the request of credit card number to write down on a paper which was the first time for me by an Hotel. They wanted in case they want fine you for smoke and in case of damages... But sincerely I have never been asked to write the credit number in many hotel i visited. Anyway I asked to not write down and they accepted. My room was just upper the entrance of the Hotel, and the engine to open the automatic door at entrance was noisy... Also cars noise if the room is at lower floors. Fortunately during the late evening and night all become enough quite. Sauna is almost useless because of the extra cost 20€. You can already go at your gym in your city if it has one... But also because it's preferable to go around the city instead that stay closed in the hotel.

The hotel was really nice. It is located just 15 minutes walk from the old town, very close to Brivibas avenue(boulevard) and 2 minutes away from buses-tram-trolleys stops. The staff was always very helpful and friendly. The rooms are big and clean.The breakfast was excellent and was served on the 7th floor with a great view of the new Riga Town. A great Hotel in a good location in a reasonable price.

Large rooms, nice staff, good breakfast. You need to walk to the city center or take a bike. Close to Jugendstil district
