El apartamento de nos adjudicaron en el barrio de Uzupi realmente una maravilla, un piso de unos 70 metros cuadrados, muy bien decorado, con todas las instalaciones nuevas. Nos vinieron a buscar a la estación de autobuses y nos trasladaron al apartamento y al finalizar la estancia nos llevaron al aeropuerto de forma gratuita. Además muy puntuales. Desde el apartamento pudimos visitar todo el casco antiguo sin necesidad de utlizar transporte público.

The size!!

Would have been good if they had provided a few basic things like a toaster and a hair dryer, plus enough hot water for 5 showers! Felt we were hugely over charged for the taxi ride, to and from the airport which was arranged by the owners of the apartment!It cost us £50 for a round trip of no more that 16 miles!!

The location of apartment was excellent - wright in the heart of old town! Apartment was clean and nice. Maybe a bit empty, but all the minimum needed equipment and furniture was there. And considering the price, I think it was a great deal!

It's very well located, in the centre of the Old town of Riga. It's an appartment so you have your own living room, where you can relax a bit, instead of heaving only your hotel room.

Much bigger and nicer apartment than I had expected. Very modern apartment in a very old building in the old town. The location is good, with all sorts of things within walking distance. There is no parking provided but there is parking nearby. I would definitely stay there again.

I was surprised that the place and the standard of the apartment was so good. The apartment was clean, big and comfortable. Kitchen, livingroom, bedroom in the middle of Rigas old town. - Even the shower got repaired when we phoned to tell that it did not function so well at the beginning. It was a temporary problem that the Designapartment solved dicrectly they got the information about it. We were very satisfied with our stay! For 38 euro we got a very good hotel! The beds was also very good.

The locker, felt little weak on the door. If you change that to something more stable and more convinjent then it is perfect. Maybe we have heard too many storys of crimes due to braking doors in the baltic states.. but I think that is the only thing that I wished that could have been better. The little key and the weak locker, did feel a little bit unsure.. Everything else was just perfect.

It was an apartment so there was no hotel staff, services, or facilities, which was ok

Rate on the web was quoted in Euro but they only took usd or lats. Location was not where I choose when I made the reservation - only after making the reservation I was informed that I might not get the exact location (might fine print). Emailing prior to our arrival did not get any results; I had to place an international call to find out the location. No extra pillows, No tv.

The service was very good and personal and he location of the apartment was great, could not be more center.

The paying policy. On the sites it said that it is possible to pay by credit cards, but when we arrived, the personnel wanted the payment by cash. This was not told us during the email conversations before our arrival. On the kitchen of the apartment a micro would be nice and easy.
