We booked a two rooms apartment and we have got a biggest apartment (3 rooms + the kitchen). Excellent location especially for those who want to explore the wild nightlife in Riga.

Everything was great, and the apartment very large and clean, we will visit again!

The quality of the accomodation, the lack of hot water, the cleanliness was lacking substantially, surly staff and generally poor service.

Lovely clean and spacious apartments in the old town and very reasonably priced. The people that own them are really nice and friendly and helpful. They picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. We were a large group there on a hen party and they were ideal for us.

We booked two apartments as we were a large group but they were about 5 minutes walk away from each other. Not an issue for us, but just something to bear in mind if you do a group booking. Both our apartments were up steep stairs. Again not a problem at all for us but not ideal for anyone with mobility problems.

It was really close to the old town just a few minutes walk from Dome square the price I paid for 2 nights was excellent value

If you are leaving early and you were asked to leave the keys in the apartment , make sure you go downstairs and unlock the front door first, otherwise you will do some extra journey up and down the stairs :-)

Central location of the apartment modern style, with new fornitures

5 floor without elevator wifi is not for free = 10 €/day, crazy in 2013 just 4 dishes availables and 3 glasses for water, not much to be an apartment

Really good location

No parking or if taken trough DesignApartments, then costs € 20 and you have to leave your carkey. The place was smelling like cigarette.

It's like living at the main train station! you can hear everything going on in the hallway. Nearby Apartment residents talk and walk and what they are now doing in bed ... really sounded Price over New Year was expensive and not money each All in all, poor experience

The apartments are in the centre.

We have used this company two times. The first time we were surprised when they began showing the apartment to other clients during our stay without warning - very irritating! The second time we looked through all their advertised apartments and chose a specific one based on the photos and description that was not the cheapest available. But when we arrived they brought us to a dingy, dirty apartment that was nothing like what we had booked. They still expected the same amount of money and were generally not interested to hear our concerns.

Heart of the old city, large flat.

First floor flat, humidity smells, general heating system not working, electric heatings system is not enough, no drink water inside, just 4 glasses in the kitchen, other equempents also not enough in kitchen. No wi-fi.

The apartment was dirty and filled with house spiders. Sipder webs all around. You wont be surprised if while sleeping you may see one or two spiders passing by you. Its very disgusting and not comfortable living.

Comfortable apartment with huge dining-room. We had everything what we needed: well-equippet kitchen, hairdryer, coffee-machin and etc.. Apartment was located near old part of Riga in the beautiful house. Very good and cheap!

Under apartment's window was bar and we had to close our windows for stopping noise. Also we didn't find there air-conditioner. It was autumn and it wasn't problem but in summer it wouldn't comfortable.

Very central location. Apartment was huge and very modern. There was a supermarket next door.

In the period between summer and autumn, when the central heating of Riga is not turned on, they should provide an electrical heating.

Helpful staff, excellent apartment

Their use of the word "bedroom" is not clear. We had booked a 2-bedroom apartment, but when we got there we were given a 1-bedroom apartment with a sofa bed behind a room screen. This is not the same as a bedroom and a sofa bed is not the same as a bed. When we complained the next morning they gave us a much nicer apartment, but this would normally have cost a lot more. And the reception lady was adamant that their description was quite clear.

Two room studio apartment was located right in the thick of old town, in very quiet yard, right next to the Swedish gate. Every morning it felt like a countryside - no city sounds at all. Apartment seen some action, but for the price paid - we liked it.

SatTV was broadcasting mostly arabian TVs (special atraction on itself).

Great location, appartment was located right in the city centre.

Designapartments are advertising an option to pay by credit cards. They have declined credit card payment on my arrival. When she ran out of arguements, she said that the machine is not working which was an obvious lie.

My friends and I rented 3 different apartments all of which were perfectly located, stylishly designed, comfortable, fully equipped and that came with a tip top service. They allowed us to check in early and gave us great advice regarding what's hot and what's not. If you require a pick up and shuttle service ask for Edgar, he was reliable, friendly and simply a very nice chap. All in all we could not have hoped for better!!
