Location was satisfactory. Breakfast selection was nice (except on juice served and no option for children offered to drink). General service was only a little above satisfactory. Walls are thin and you can hear everything going on in the hallway and other rooms. Restaurant service was very poor. We were the only clients that evening and had to wait to be served while waitress had smoke and relaxation in glass room w/in the restaurant w/ other employees. In general ,very strange to have service personnel going for a break right in full view of paying customers.Choice on menu very poor. Mainly use of frozen veggies and fish (nothing fresh). Extent of children's menu was french fries w/ sour cream or tomato sauce.

Car parking was fine,well stocked mini bar,looked nice on outside,breakfast was adequate The booking said that there was a spa available to guests,what it did not say was that you had to rent it for 3 hours at €65 ! We did not have dinner as someone had booked the spa and kitchen was closed! The room was medieval and did not match brochure.we had a suite but it had ,no English speaking tv channels,no safe,iron,dressing gown and slippers,no separate bathroom,also shower sprayed water all over bathroom, bed was barely covered with a small duvet,our fridge was so noisy that it had to be switched off,and with no air conditioning,the windows had to be opened and we had street noise.o

Персонал внимательный, вкусный завтрак. Очень замерзла вся семья в номере , хотя погода на улице в сентябре была не очень то и холодной. Спали в одежде.Номер снимали на 3 человека . На кровати предназначенной для двоих одеяло видимо полутороспальное , мы с мужем уставшие после дороги еще и мучились пытаясь как-то укрыться в холодном номере. Ванна шикарная , чистота идеальная , но штора в душевой кабине короткая и как бы не контролировал процесс помывки все равно весь пол был в воде. Это очень непрятно отставлять после себя ванну залитую водой, поэтому пришлось пользоваться подручными средствами чтобы убрать воду. И хотелось бы иметь в номере чайник.

Good and friendly staff, nice restaurant to take a dinner. Good breakfast. Very reasonable price for room. (35 Euro for very clean and comfortable room) Nothing to say, everything was very nice, many thnks to hotel's staff

ехали в литву транзитом через даугавпилс. останавливались в отеле на ночь. двухместный номер с дополнительной кроватью, довольно большой. отель расположен на въезде в город и в тоже время не далеко от центра. чисто, свежий ремонт, завтрак соответствует цене отеля. за указанную стоимость все устроило.

Man vislabāk viesnīcā patika apkalpojošais personāls (atsaucīgi cilvēki), patika tas ka 2. stāva gaitenī bija balkons. Ļoti vērtīgi bija tas,ka brokastu laikā restorānā spīdēja saule - tas lieliski papildināja ļoti garšīgās brokastis! Kopumā uzturēšanās viesnīcā atstāja labu iespaidu. Vienīgā sūdzība par viesnīcu - viesnīcā ir ļoti plānas sienas. Ja blakus istabā gadās kādi skaļāki kaimiņi,tas varētu radīt diskomfortu.

неплохой отель для остановки по пути в европу на машине. рядом с трассой, есть большая бесплатная парковка. скромные завтраки. плохая шумоизоляция номеров (но нигде, к сожалению не встречал хорошей). занавеска в душе дурацкая - вся вода на полу после принятия душа.
