just they upgraded me ,sure payng more,sauna was good the romm was dirty the floor of the bathroom full of hairs the heat system didn't work !All this for a 4 stars hotel? ! ? |

The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The room was comfortable size and very nice. Breakfast was very good with multiple choices. Hotel was close to the city center. The parking space with the entrance to it was too narrow. The rooms were not very noiseproof - you could hear everything from corridore and nearby rooms. Way too expensive to travel with dog - 26 EUR for dog per night is a rip-off considering the charges at other hotels and the fact that the visitors with behaving dogs have to pay as much as visitors who let their dogs bark and howl there for hours. |

I loved the fact the stuff were very helpfull. Whenever we had a question there was someone in the reception willing to answer whatever we wondered. The hotel was located a little further away from the centre of the old town than we had understood from reading about the hotel prior to arrival. |

Location, nice staff, and affordability. Cold rooms, hard mattresses, breakfast was cold both mornings I ate. Also the jacuzzi & sauna cost 30 euros for an hour!! That's rip off. I chose the hotel because I wanted to go to the jacuzzi but then I couldn't. |

We liked the clean, fresch and welcomeing lobby. The good breakfast, Nice light room with bathtub. Exelent relax area with jacuzzi+sauna. Also the great Taxi service provided by the hotell so that you would not get ripped of atleast when you took a taxi away from the hotell, allways 3-4 taxis standing outside the hotell ready to take you whereever you wanted to go! The late checkin(14.00) in the afternoon. |

Good location, well equipped rooms with high quality fittings. Staff were all very helpful. A good quality but expensive in-house Italian Restaurant. Good secure parking. A third night was offered at 179Euro, compared to 63Euro/night for the first two nights! However, the staff were very helpful in helping us find a nearby 4star hotel for 70Euros. |

the close distance to the city! Reason for my booking: i´ve been in the Domina Inn in Poznan - fantastic accomodation! poor breakfast. scrambled eggs seemed to be taken out of a bag. Sauna for 36 EUR - unbelieveable - this should be mentioned on the booking side. |

A very good location with a nice park nearby. Very helpful reception staff giving local advice in good English. A restaurant staff appeared to argue with each other during breakfast. |

The hotel was very confortable and the staff was helfull too befor arrive in hotel for further information about hotel and airport trasfer. In my opinion this is a good hotel maybe the best for quality/price valuation. So I suggest this Domina Inn Hotel. |

+ The staff was very helpfull. Administrator allowed to use his PC to print theater tickets, and changed our rooms on request. The shower in room #102 is great, as it has kind of like a marble seat in it. Great Fun. :-) The information on the website is misleading. Every room is not equiped with a bath and a shower. When we arrived we wanted a room with a bath, but no more rooms were available. Room-service restaurant menu quite small, few options. Wireless internet keeps loosing connection. The blanket was too small and kept coming off the bed. |
