Breakfast was served in a separate building, so we needed to take our clothes on to get there (in winter time...).
Small room was nice, comfortable and cosy, but... small.
The location is perfect if you plan to visit Riga a few times (just 3 min from railway stop and 30 min to the Central Station in Riga, there is a train every 45-60 min). It may be however a little bit inconvinient for sea-lovers (you have to cross a busy road and walk for ca. 7 min to come to the beach).
Very helpfull staff: they allowed us to use the microvave and oven, lent us plates, kettle, cups (even without asking - they just realised we drink tea in glasses!).
The room had a small empty refrigerator which we could use, flat TV-set with some internatiolan channels. It was warm and full of light even in winter time.
Breakfast was plain but nice, there is always something warm (saussages, eggs,...), also salads, muchrooms. Dishes in restaurant were rather cheap and very artisticly served.
