The rooms were big, clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was a three course meal...very well put together. We did not have hot water. Everytime we called to inform, we were told to wait another 10 min, finally at 2300 our second night there we demanded a new room. Turns out the hot water in that building had been out the entire time we were there but we were moved immediately to another building. It has the makings of a nice hotel but it looks as if the building isn't completely finished and the staff isn't quite sure what to do when something goes wrong. Additionally, the location was not as close to city center as we thought. It was a good 20-25 min walk. I emailed twice before our trip for good city transport directions to the hotel from the airport and no response. We also had a friend that joined our trip and she emailed to ask for an extra bed but they also acted like they never received it. So she ended up on the couch. |

Hotel staff were helpful and courteous. Rooms very basic but very clean. 20 min walk to city centre. Good breakfasts served. Towels were not changed out on a daily basis. Had to request clean towels and toilet paper. Bed linen not changed out at all during our four night stay. |

The room was very nice and clean! The receptionist had some problem finding our reservation (made throught booking.com). The hotel location could be better. |

I would most definitely stay at Elizabete Design Hotel when I visit Latvia again. The decor was very nice and modern, my room was very clean and the staff was hospitable. I must emphasise on the restaurant which is on the 4th floor - beautiful decor and wow, the food was fantastic. Also, restaurant service was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel.. |

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mitten im zum Teil noch renovierungsbedürftigen Jugendstilviertel. Das Restaurant ist im toll ausgebauten Dachgeschoss des ruhigen Hinterhauses. Wir haben im 3. Stock des Vorderhauses gewohnt. Hier war der Lift sehr klein, das Hinterhaus ist komfortabler. Dafür waren unser Zimmer und das Bad sehr groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Nichts |

Aamupala tarjoiltiin pöytään, oli miellyttävää ja erikoista. Ja hyvää! Huone oli superior, mutta ei vaikuttanut mitenkään erityiseltä. Sisustus ei ollut designiä ainakaan meidn huoneessa. Valaistus oli erittäin huono, kylppärissä ei nähnyt meikata, mutta huoneen puolella ei ollut peiliä. Sijainti ei ole lainkaan keskeinen, pitkä matka keskustasta! |

Het Elizabete Design Hotel heeft ons met een groep van 6 vrienden een uitstekend verblijf bezorgd. Het restaurant is uitstekend en de kamers zijn netjes en schoon. Verder was het personeel erg vriendelijk. Het hotel is iets uit het centrum maar absoluut een aanrader voor diegene die overwegen in Riga te overnachten. |

Hoewel we bijna de enige gasten in het hotel waren, was de service ontzettend goed. Het ontbijt was geweldig, het personeel erg vriendelijk. De drie kamers die wij met onze groep kregen toegewezen waren allemaal verschillend ingericht, waardoor het hotel de naam Design Hotel zeker verdient. Kamer waren zeer netjes. |
