The hotel is located in center of the city (Riga), however in a quiet place, nearby square. Spacious room. A big and convenient bed. Big enough variety of dishes at breakfast (swedish buffet). Bathroom. An inconvenient and small shower cabin. There is no door in a shower cabin, thus water splashes remain on a floor – a slippery floor, it is possible to fall.

the room was very comfortable. the breakfast buffet very good. the gym/fitness centre was amazing i dont have any negative comments about the hotel, just want to advise visitors to be careful when taking a taxi, there are some "black taxis" that are amazingly expensive, double check with your hotel before which Taxi to take

Location is good, convenient parking. Slow, unfriendly staff. Paper walls - could hear every tiny thing neighbors were up to in the bathroom. Inconvenient bathroom layout with questionable privacy.

We had a great weekend break in Riga. The hotel staff were very helpful and the facilities at the hotel excellent. The hotel is near the Lido restaurant which offers local food. The hotel also has a very good restaurant and bar. The breakfast was also excellent.

The check in staff were very helpful. Granted a request for late check out. Breakfast selection was excellent. Nice bar lounge with excellent bartender and good selection of drinks. Comfy rooms with nice shower . Old town is within walking distance. Excellent value for money. We travelled as a party of 9 but one of us couldn't make it and so we had to cancel one of the 9 rooms. We were unable to cancel at the hotel on check in and I had to cancel through booking.com for a one night fee.

The hotel is central with a park across the road. A taxi from the airport cost 9 lats & I arrived at reception in about fifteen minutes. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had both hot & cold food with a large selection to choose from. Even the lifts arrived immediately on demand.The free internet was very much appreciated. The fitness centre & sauna were great for passing some time in. The old town is three minutes walk across the park. I found this hotel ideal and would recommend it to anyone. I was happy with everything about this hotel.

Cleanliness was a big thing with this hotel. It is bright and cheerful and the staff are wonderful. I loved this hotel and would have no problem with recommending it to my friends.

The location is very good - a 5-minute walk to the city centre, the room is spacious, clean and quiet, we enjoyed our walks round the old city, there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the car parking is convenient. The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom which had a very fashionable design though quite inconvenient - the water stayed in the bath while we were using the shower and there wasn't enough space for washing.
