Friendly staff, location

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was little bit poor and coffe was could.

We stayed in room 13 of the Elizabete Hotel, room was of high quality, furniture, bed, bathroom was exceptional. I would have expected to pay a lot more for the quality of this room. The lovely young russian lady on reception made us feel very welcome and was happy to help us with any requests we had. I look forward to returning. Joel

Good location, nice building, nice cool room. Overall a nice little place, which I will recommend if all you want is a place to sleep, but sadly let down by service.

Where to begin? The large towels (for shower) were very very hard and rough. Went to reception later in evening to ask for a replacement, without checking the girl said there were no more towels. Then near our room I noticed a half-open linen cupboard with large towels, so I took one. I asked that the lights on the spiral staircase be turned on - same girl said there used to lights be but not any more, and her advice was "please be very careful". I'd already thought of that. I used my mobile phone to find the steps. "continental" breakfast was pancake, coffee, juice, bread and a plate with ham, cheese, and two tiny bits of butter. Second day main dish was some cabbage/cauliflower square which nobody seemed to eat, very strange for breakfast. I had to ask twice for juice and then wait a while, share coffee with another couple, and when asked for extra butter as I knew it would not be enough, was told I already had butter. The next couple over then got a plate full of melon, which we didn't. No complaints about the food itself, but the menu and service was very hit and miss. Only eight guests were present at breakfast, but the (3) staff seemed to be struggling. We went to nearby cafe for more coffee and better food. Never did get any more butter. My suggestion to improve things for customers and staff would be a small buffet table, so the guests can help themselves faster and the staff don't get confused. I don't like complaining about small things, but there were so many at this hotel that it added up enough for me to mention it. My girlfriend and I joked it would be a nice place to buy and run, as we would just need to improve the little things to make it a winner. Thanks.

I've stayed in this hotel repeatedly and every time conclude that this is my favourite in group of Riga 3*-4* hotels. I enjoy the personal attitude and homey feeling of this hotel. It's a great value for money if you are not a big hotels lover.

Теплота и приветливость персонала, внимательность, отличный завтрак, отличная уютная комната, в общем, супер отель.

Palvelu oli erittäin ystävällistä. Hotelli on kohtuullisen lähellä vanhaa kaupunkia ja siisti.

Aamiainen oli muuten hyvä, mutta salaattipuoli oli niukka.

месторасположение - близкое к центру и основным вокзалам, небольшой, уютный отель с вежливым персоналом

отсутствие занавески в ванной, поздно вечером закончилась горячая вода

достаточно удобное месторасположение,близко находится к основным достопримечательностям и торговым центрам.

полностью не соотносится цена и качество,возможно подъем цен связан с тем, что мы были там на новогодние праздники. из основных минусов: отсутствие лифта,винтовая лестница явно не предназначена для подъема чемодана,но поверьте это не самое худшее. ужасный запах в номере,порванные пододеяльники, простыни с непонятными пятными, ковровое покрытие которое не чистили лет этак 10....вообщем были разочарованы(

Den Servis fanden wir sehr angenehm,unkompliziert und aufmerksam. Die Lage des Hotels ist toll,wenn man nicht umbedingt in der Altstadt wohnen möchte.Nette Cafés ,Restaurants etc.,alles in der Nähe und leicht erreichbar.

Das Bad. Zwar groß aber irgendwie wirkte es nicht fertig eingerichtet. Kein Duschvorhang-man hat also komplett das Badezimmer nass gemacht.

Rauhallisella paikalla sijaitseva, tyylikäs, pienessä kivitalossa oleva hotelli (siis: emme olleet puutalossa, jossa on myös vastaavan niminen hotelli). Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Tilavat huoneet ja ainakin meillä myös tilava kylpyhuone kylpyammeineen. Sisäpihalla hauska katettu itämainen "lököilytila" tyynyineen. Voin lämpimästi suositella. Hotellissa myös tyylikäs ravintola, mutta emme ehtineet testata ruokia.

Ruhiges,geräumiges Zimmer nach hinten raus.

Leider Frühstücksraum im Keller und sehr umständlicher Service.
