Billig. Frokosten var enkel, men helt ok. Hyggelig personale. Det er litt for langt inn til gamlebyen, ca 2 km. Svært mye trafikk i gaten utenfor!! Vi hadde suite med boblebad, men boblebadet kunne ikke brukes fordi det ikke var rengjort. Det kom skitt ut av dysene når vi startet det. Samtidig litt råtten lukt. Dessuten så var vanntrykket så dårlig i 4. etasje at det ville tatt nærmere en time å fylle det skikkelig opp. Tror det hadde vært like greit med et vanlig dobbeltrom. |

This is a very good hotel for the price - I arrived at about midnight which was no problem at all.The lobby/reception are seemed a little dated - but I was pleasantly surprised my room which was modern and clean with good showere etc. The hotel is not in the Old Town - and the area does not have a lot of bars/restaurants at night but you can walk to OT in about 15-20 mins or lots of trams/bus |

The staff weren't very helpful or even friendly. They didn't say hello or pay any attention to us. Two times they gave us wrong key from the reception, no apologies. Very rude, I have to say. In Finland we don't have a great service culture, but this was way beoynd it. I guess smile or simple hello or thank you was just too much to ask. Never have I got so bad service. |

The rooms to the street side were very noisy. And floor was mooving when tram passing by. Towels had som brown sports and it was not a pleasure to use them. |
