Clean, convenient, no hassle. TV in many languages. Stayed there with dogs, for which there was no additional charge. There was no milk at breakfast - they said someone forgot to buy it... The parking lot wasn't plowed -- there was lots of snow -- but we chose to pay for the underground garage, so it didn't affect us much (only during access). |

Good design, beautiful colours, kind behind a window, an excellent toilet and a shower, the advanced system of safety and the control The broken bed, refrigerator, constant noise behind a door, bad work of security guards of hotel which do not notice smoking and uneasy lodgers, at restaurant plays the ground floor music and because of it it is difficult to fall asleep |

Hotel staff hardly ever smile, especially restaurant staff. Breakfast is not very good and it never changes. The only English TV station was BBC. |

I like the location. It is close to my office . Breakfast is very good. Generally good value for money My room was smelling terrible as if heavy smoker had lived inside for some days and had just left before I came. Generally everything was clean and neat just that air in the room was absolutely disgusting. After keeping windows open for several hours it became better. I hope this will not happen next time. |

The restaurant is excellent and at very reasonable price with a friendly staff. The walls are no sound-proof whatsoever and there are ventilation pipes that transfer all the noise from other rooms. The people at our floor was extremely loud and we didn't sleep very well. |

Very nice hotel, a lot of parking space for free just near the hotel, friendly staff, good brekfast, good location. The room I have stayed (economy class) requires some redecoration. |

Location is convenient and staff is very friendly. Nice and quiet stay. Good breakfast. Good price and quality relation. Just one minor thing. It is not very easy to get to the hotel when approaching from city center. Brivibas street is busy and it is difficult to make left turn by car. |

It is near to our office, so the location is good. Previous time I visited this hotel, was everything Ok. This time: Room wasn't clean (on the floor were socks which weren't mine), I had to wait for warm water long time before I could get shower. In the morning the stuff asked from us room number and said that we have to pay for food (morning buffet) sepparately, we had paid for this already in the last evening... They didn't know about it anything... |

It is clean and modern hotel with beautifull design. Room was big, bed comfortable, pluss coffee-tea complimentary facilities. On the top floor is very nice bar with open terrace (IF baltic weather allows to enjoy it;-) Very good value for money. Breakfast could be better. Also shower towels could be bigger,it was something like 70 x 50, a bit small, isn't? |

Very nice hotel for budget! Interesting design, friendly and professional staff. I would recommend this hotel in Riga those who wants to spend their vacation or business trip for petty money. Location is not good for tourists but very close to hotel there are bus, trolley and tram stops. Journey to Old town takes approximately 12-15 minutes, bus station is a bit further - 20 minutes. There is lack of computer for Internet. |

Good value for money, nice big room, that was cleaned even if we went left after 14 PM. Despite its a bit away from the center it still has good connection with the center by tram or trolley. The restaurant was also ok, not very pricy. That is kind of strange that the receptionist told us that the normal fare with the taxi from the city center is 7-10LAT, actually it is 4-5 and all taxis in Riga have the same rates. |

Room and all other facilities It was pretty far from Old town; But in the day time you have Trams & Buses. If you hire a car, then it's ok, though |

I liked the location and the style of the hotel, very confortable. I stayed for 3 days and I never had hot water. The pillows are too high and dense, I could not use them when sleeping, instead I used a blanket to form a pillow. |
