The Europa City Riga is one of the newest hotels in Riga and is located on the main street of the city centre.

The old town of Riga is just 10 minutes away by tram, trolley bus or bus, which stops 50 metres away from the hotel, making its location ideal for everyone who comes to the city on business or sightseeing. The Europa City Riga Hotel offers 147 comfortable rooms, the restaurant "Sunny", the live jazz bar "Sunny Terrace" and a secured underground garage. Shopping centres, banks and places of entertainment are located just a few hundred metres from the hotel.

Food & beverage

Our restaraunt is open for breakfast (buffet) from 07:00 to 10:00 Monday to Friday and from 07:00 to 11:00 on weekends. The business lunch buffet is available from 12:00 to 16:00 Monday to Friday. The restaurant is open daily until 23:00. For hotel guests there is a discount of 10 %.

On the 6th floor, you can spend a nice evening in our Sun Terrace bar, enjoying the live jazz performances on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. The bar is open until midnight, and on Fridays and Saturdays until 02:00. Both the restaurant and the bar are wheelchair-accessible.

The hotel has 6 floors with 146 rooms in a modern design, supplied with all necessary facilities. The interior of rooms creates a pleasant contrast between the light walls and dark wood furniture.

Area information

Two main Shopping Centers: Domina and Alpha are located near the Hotel. Hotel is located on Riga's main street of the Business Area, so it is perfect for Business travellers. Easy access to any of public transportation makes it easier to get around the city to any destination. Easy tram ride into old city area. Breakfast was good. The staff helped with information regarding a good fitness center about 100m away. Parking was good, just need to ask regarding indoor garge.

Rooms are minimalistic.

the transportation was quite convenient to Riga centre. Staff was most of the time friendly. Value/money quite reasonable, especially compared to other hotels in the city.

I did not like the disco on the sixth floor of the same hotel.

Jazz in the restaurant is super. But the place in conference hall is not comfortable. Rich breakfast, good location .

Excellent choice for any traveler! The rooms were pretty big and comfortable. The staff was very friendly & helpful. They helped us to plan our sightseeing tour in old town :) Rich breakfast. Great location, only 10 minutes drive by tram or trolley to the Old town (the stop is 50m from hotel and tickets cost ~ 0,6Eur). Definitely will stay there again!
