Beautiful hotel located not far from the old city of Riga. The room was very nice and the staff very friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I really enjoyed my stay there! The dining room (which is beautiful!) for the breakfast is sometimes too small when there are too many guests. |

Location of the hotel is excellent. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast restaurant was luxorious. We had booked a delux room, but we were given a standard room fot the first night. The compensation was more than we expected: royal suite for the rest of the two nights. The were some delays in hotel's services, but the staff was very nice and friendly. |

Good location and a beautiful old building. Only double bed rooms as requested were in pokey little rooms out the back with no view. Was very noisey from other guests and banging doors. |

The rooms were spacious, clean and tastefully decorated, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was especially good! Our room had a window facing the street, and there was some noise from the traffic. It didn't bother us, though. |

A very nice hotel in a beautiful converted mansion. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Generally a delightful place to stay in Riga. |

The room which was a standard room was really big with its own walk in wardrobe. The corridors and public areas are beautifully furnished. The hotel is in an excellent location across from a park and near both the old town and shops. The tv in the room needs to be upgraded.BBC World was unavailable. There was no compimentary shower hat and in fact toiletries were a bit skimpy. A larger selection of breads at breakfast would be nice-there was only rye bread and bread for toasting. The boiled eggs were cold and it would be nice to be able to boil your own. |

This hotel is a real success. It is greatly located by a park in a wonderful jugendstil-house. The personal is outstanding friendly and the restaurant is really cosy and has a high quality. The breakfast was really good although there was not enough bacon. The temperature in the room was much too low. |

Everything! .. Friendley staff, atmosphere, location, breakfast and the breakfast room with classical music, lovely public areas. I recommend the hotel to everyone, i will stay there again. |

Good location within 5 minutes walk of toen centre, very clean hotel. Ample parking both within the hotel courtyard and street outside. |

Everything A bit uncomfortable light system - there are two beds and two lamps, however, you cant swich them on/off one by one. And the bulbs were too dark. |

The hotel was very beautiful and luxurious from the public areas. The airconditioner did not work. In the hotelroom was very small windows that you could not see outside and it was same price as the other rooms?! |

Hotel was very elegant and parking was great! Breakfast was great and everything worked well: reception, cleaning... Location was good: close to old town, but not noisy area. Just 10 points!!! Rakennus oli hieno 130 vuotta vanha talo joka oli tyylikkäästi kunnostettu. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja monipuolinen. Talon taakse tehty lisäosa oli ulkonäöltään muuhun rakennukseen sopimaton. Lisäosan huoneiden ikkunat näyttivät vastapäiseen seinään(2m) |

Vorzügliche Küche, wenn auch zu kostspieligen Preisen! Das Ambiente war einmalig! Der Transfer vom und zum Flughafen klappte ohne Probleme. Wenn, dann würden wir das Hotel wieder wählen! Beim Frühstücksbuffet war der Nachschub an Tellern, Gabeln, heißes Wasser, Brötchen sehr zögerlich.Die Tassen waren am anderen Ende des Buffets vom Kaffe- bzw. Teeausschank plaziert!Die Zimmertüren quietschten und wurden erst nach mehrmaliger Bitte geölt. |

het was een hotel met klasse ,uitstekend luxe ontbijt,personeel vriendelijk.Ligt erg centraal t.o.v. centrum van Riga en bereikbaarheid bus en trein.Aanrader!!! de kamer lag volgend ons in nieuw gedeelte, geen uitzicht, erg donker en warm airco deed het niet.Maar weegt niet op tegen de vele positieve aspecten |

Das Gebäude ist sehr schön auch die Lage ist gut. Die Integration eines 4-Sterne Hotels in eine Alte Stadtvilla ist gut gelungen. Es werden kleinere Zimmer vergeben als gebucht. Auch Buchungswünsche (ruhiges Zimmer nach hinten raus) werden nicht von vornherein berücksichtigt. Das Personal beim Frühstück war bisweilen überfordert. |
