Just about everything. The staff were very friendly and the location was excellent. My only complaint would be that the pillows on the bed were very light and did not support my head. All 3 people in my group had the same complaint. |

Hotel has historic charm with modern amenities. Very close to the old town, making it an easy walk to what we planned to see. Clean and quiet room. |

I enjoyed my staying: location is excellent for walks in the old town of Riga. Interior and decoration of the hotel are beautifully made. One exception: daylight is missing in the breakfast room. Look above: daylight. I also beleave that air conditioning could be better at summertime. |

Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was very well-appointed and the breakfast was good. I'd never been to Riga before but felt very much at ease. |

Very good location, looks nice inside. The personel was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good, there was everything I could need. For some people it's probably not bad, but for me (since I travelled alone) the presence of 24h porno channel was like a bad joke :-) i'm kidding here, but maybe there should be some possibility to disable it in case if people with children stay there. The porno was pretty hardcore on this channel, and not really interesting. |

Perfect location, in the middle of the old town. We had a junoir suite, because all the twin rooms (which I booked) were already occupied. |

Very conveniently located in center of old town. Spacious rooms. The right size of hotel for individual travelers. Good breakfast buffet in cozy atmosphere. Very noisy during the night for rooms opening on the street. In hot weather, you have to keep the window open and the noise level is quite high due to road traffic and people wandering very late at night along the building. Our request for a quiet room was not met; apparently the request appeared to have been transformed in something like "a quite? room" |

Excellent location, right in the old Riga, all the attractions are in the immediate vicinity, lotgs of cafes and restaurants around. I stayed 1,5 days and managed to see the most of the old part of the city. The furniture in the single room was old and shabby, the room was too small. The shower phone was leaking...There was a noise in the backyard and I had to close the window while it was hot. |

Exellent breakfast. Central location. No airconditioning in rooms. Half a star to be dropped. Not for hot weather accommodation. |

The girls at the reception were extremely friendly and am impressed by the Latvian hospitality. Breakfast was excellent. Besides this, the location was superb with easy access to almost anything in old town/shopping/restaurants/pubs etc. |

The location of the hotel was excellent, the staff were very helpfull. A charming building and the courtyard bar area was a great place to enjoy a drink away from the hustle and bustle of the town. |

The hotel is nicely located and remodeled; staff is reasonably attentive and breakfast is good but not particularly knowledgeable. The single room is extremely small and poorly lit. Some amentities expected in a 4 star hotel such as tissues in the room and a computer terminal available to clients were absent. Information about cost of phone calls made from hotel was absent |
