The Location was excellent the hotel was beautiful inside, but the room was a bit small. The receptionist thought my wife was a prostitute and refused entry until she produced identification, I know she thought this, because when I introduced my wife she laughed in my face! Latvia as a big influx of “sex tourist” who, they claim have turned their capital, Riga, into the “Bangkok of the Baltic”. It just goes to show my wife wasn’t safe, and she was abused by the hotel staff!

Great location in the city center. Very good breakfast. We stayed on the fifth floor with a huge balcony (not relevant for late autumn though), however it can be a good place to be in a summer evening. We booked a hotel well in advance and the rate was very attractive. To be honest, I expected sneakers in a 4* hotel, however there were none. For some reason after using bathroom we had water almost everywhere, perhaps had to get used to the bath curtain. Apart from that, the stay was great.

Everything was straightforward and hassle-free. Staff were helpful and had good English. Breakfast was very good. Half-price welcome drink was a nice gesture. The decor is rather dark and sombre, not much light. The single room rate was rather expensive.

I had an early check in. The hotel is right at the heart of old downtown Riga which location is perfect. Service is good i like the room. Anna the staff is nice even gladly printed my flight booking for free. Never knew that the bus tour i booked is also right infront of the hotel or a few walk away. Soundproofing at least. But the in general it was ok.

Very nice hotel, clean room, good staff, very good location for waking tour in Old Riga. I suupose in the summer more plesant due to open terrase, and rooms on 5th floor have balkonys with nice view-are very lovely!

The location is excellent and the prices are very readonable if booked in advance. The standard double room had two twin beds put together, even though I specifically indicated that I would require a double bed. The reception staff was absent for about 5 minutes when I entered the front door and wanted to check in.

They gave us the perfect room for a family of 4... a suite with two separate rooms containing 4 beds. That's not easy to come by when traveling in Europe! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was very impressive. Our whole family was pleased with this hotel. In all, it was a very nice place to stay. The decor was a bit tired looking in our room and our bathroom was teeny tiny, but that is to be expected when traveling in these parts.

A terrific little hotel with a brilliant location right opposite the Museum of Occupation, and about 90 seconds from St Peters. The room rate included breakfast, and whilst I have seen complaints about breakfast - I had none. A wide variety of fruit, muesli, pastries, cheeses, meats, fish, and [hot] eggs, bacon and sausages was put out. The hotel organised a transfer to and from the airport, and despite a six hour delay (thanks Wizzair), the driver was available and waiting at 1.00am.

You have to walk a while from parking and if the weather isn't very friendly it would be very unpleasant. I don't agree this "parking" should cost 15€. And this should definitly be mensioned in hotel desciption. Very low internet speed.

I thought the hotel was excellent, it is situated perfectly in order to access the old town of riga. It is tastefully decorated, very clean and very comfortable and offered a terrific service, I will definately be visiting again.

Excellent service from very friendly and competent staff. Great location too and within walking distance of everything in Riga. Very good breakfast, nice variety, included in the room rate. Good internet connection (it's free) which worked well all over the hotel (I was in a wing on the fifth floor).

great location, very helpful staff, awesome breakfast included in the price, hotel tastefully decorated. My single room was rather small and not so very well kept (stains in walls, cigarette burns on mat/curtains etc.) but in the end the quality of the room met the price I paid for it.
