Green Apple Hostel

La ubicación es perfecta...en todo el centro y a solo cinco mintos a pie de la Estación Central de autobuses.

La limpieza dejaba que desear pero soportable. El cuarto de baño muy antiquado...pero ningún problema con el agua.

Se encunetra ubicado en una zona centrica, aunque para ser sincera no pude ubicar formalmente el Green Apple Hostel, ya que mi reservación fue atendida por el Hotel Riga, imagino que el Grren Apple forma parte de la cadena o algo así. El desayuno es interesante por los usos y costumbres propias de la región, Me parece que es un Hotel cuyas gnades glorias han quedado en el pasado, es una reminicencia de lo que fue.

La instalaciones estan descuidadas, en ocasiones en mal estado, mi habitación tenía una regadera rota que tiraba agua como loca, el sanitario a veces no funcionaba, la conexión a internet pésima. Un sitio seguro y barato al que no le debe exigir más por el precio. Apto para viajeros que, lo que quieren es llegar a un sito unicamente esta pensado para descansar y desayunar.

good,clean,it's in same building with 4 star Riga hotel,but not same the gate,it's 400m to bus station,and in the old city,it's a lot of shop and restrants arount hotel, good location

Perfect location - just in the old town, but not near any loud place. Free entrance 24/7

It was promised that there will be WiFi - and it was never working. Also there is no one on reception and you have to wait for a long time while someone will appear.

Clean and spacious room (number 228) with private bathroom and toilet with a view to kill for, facing the opera house in the middle of Old Riga city centre. Basic hostel above another hotel.

The room does not have a television. Take your own soap and shampoo with you!

It was cheap and cheerful. Nothing flashy about it but for £12 a night per person, you cannot complain! Beds were comfortable and room was very large.

Hard to find as you had to go through Hotel Riga to check in and then use a side entrance once you had a door code. We initially saw an unused building and thought the hostel had shut down!!!

The room was full of bugs. They are even inside the bed! There are many bugs in everysize! Also some other guests lived the same experience! The hotel was really old. We leave the hotel in our first night as fast as possible, after seeing these insects! Do not ever go or stay in this hostel! It is the worst place i have ever stayed in my life!

This hotel is situated in the oldest part of Riga, and its perfect!

Ideal location, good views.

Terrible personal, especially Baiba, she don't want to listen about your wishes and problems. And it's really difficult to find somebody on the reception. If you want to chek in or chek out you shall call on Latvian cell phone. We had wet linen and no soap in room. You need go upstairs, because no elevator here. But if you want you have opportunity to use elevator from Riga Hotel.

The location is excellent, the staff is friendly, the rooms are fine. In front of the entrance is a great place to get breakfast.

The entrance is hard to find, and impossible to find if you arrive for the first time - better check in at Hotel Riga first. And the stairs are a bit annoying, especially in the middle of the night.

Location is the biggest plus. Right in the heart of old Riga. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was in the hotel Riga so it was on a pretty good level. Clean towels every day.

No shampoos or even soap in the bathrooms, had to buy it

Location, price, large rooms, there's bathroom in the room. It's tipical value for money.

In the kitchen it's dirty, insects are flying, it smells bad in the fridges. The reception operate very inconveniently.Old grey towels which in the reality were white.

Localisation is just wonderful! The rooms are pretty big.

There was extremely hard to find it, as it's not a number 18 as it says in the website and the sign on the door is really tiny. There is no elevator, so one has to make it with a suitcase to 3rd floor, but then is occurs there is a lift, but only for staff. Kinda not cool. And there is no cosmetics in the bathroom, not even a soap, so it's good if you have it with you, if not...

Uses same rooms as Riga Hotel, but with separate entrance. Room was superb for it's price! Large, clean, stylish, but old. Very good location in city center, at the edge of old town.

On checkout there was no staff behind the desk, had to go to Riga Hotel to drop the keycard. WiFi signal was not available in the room.

The location is very good. Very close to the Central Train Station. The hostel itself is located in the building of Riga hotel right in the Old Town and it can be easily found and any local can tell you how to get there.

The walls are quite thin, so it's not very good if you have some noisy neighbours nearby, but luckily that didn't last long. And if you get really tired and want to sleep a lot that won't be a problem. And there isn't always anybody at the reception, that was not very convenient.

We wait for hostel, but really it was good hotel conditions! We were really surprised!

A very nice place. Friendly staff, spacious room, good quality bed linen and towels. Good location. Beautiful view from the window. The kitchen is clean, no rubbish. Works luggage room.

As for the disadvantages: poor sound proofing (but we did not have noisy neighbors), and old plumbing (all functioned normally).

Green Apple Hostel - это два этажа гостиницы "Рига". Расположен в историческом центре города. Карточки от двери дают на каждого постояльца, то есть на двухместный номер две карты.

В номере темно, освещение слабое. В дУше вода заливается на пол. В раковине вода не сливалась. Выселение до 12:00, а менеджеры работают с 12:00 - непонятно. Нет бесплатной парковки.

отличный хостел за такие деньги (здание отеля Рига) в самом центре Старого города. убирают каждый день, все удобства в номере. остались довольны выбором

Clean rooms, humorus staff, center location

No tv set. No hairdryer. But this is hostel isnt it ? Or I forgot - it was weak wifi.

в номере в первый день не было мыла с шампунем.. на сл день всё принесли правда)

отличное месторасположение, обшарпаная, но работающая мебель и сантехника.

поселили в номер с видом во двор, хотели поменять номер, но люди с рецепшена моментально испарились. код от входной двери пришлось выпытывать у персонала отеля рига, а пароль от wi-fi подсказала горничная.
